Just think about it and picture it. Would be an amazing clean vibrant tank and I think your parents would love the personality of the yo-yo loaches, as well as they beauty that comes with the discus.

Hey George! Nice video, as always.. I think african cichlids are a good option for this tank. These are very colorfull fish and would go well with this clean set up. Their ideal pH is a little high for freshwater and you do have wood in the tank, but I'm sure you could manage it.
This would have been a perfect tank for one big special pet Plecostomus, such as a vampire pleco or gold nugget pleco, plus a couple big pretty colored fish since it's in the living room: something yellow and blue would look nice, such as a couple golden or red spot golden severum, and a big blue oscar or blue jack dempsey; or a couple full grown electric blue acaras and a yellow veil tail oscar. Those are special showcase fish for extra large tanks, and they are intelligent and affectionate.
A mother's love. Kudos mom. I always get panicky when boys bring in mystery stuff. But they brought me a yellow tang for my reef.....buncha a brown noses. Lol. Your dad's face is priceless, mom is ready tho to con dad cuz she loves ya. Moms rule. Put some towels on the freaking floor, damm boys.

Get a Wolf fish for your big tank.
Put many different species tetras and even rainbow sharks , Cory catfish , longfin tiger bars
Electric blue hap, maybe a load of guppies? Awesome tank no matter what goes in there it will look great!
Get oranda goldfish or Oscar or when it gets cold out you can put your piranhas in there
I think you should put angle fish,neon pearl guppies,Cory catfish [but get three to 3-4 because they like living in groups],snails, and sword tails
