How to adjust / change the stock or shorten the stock and length of pull on a Savage Axis XP or Savage Axis XP II. Shortened LOP is ~12.5 inches. If it's in the owners manual it's probably okay. Savage did nothing wrong! I believe the author was just offering a homegrown innovative idea.
