Thank you Kevin for your series. Over 50, dealing with life's 180 changes, plus, the Narrowboat works for a audience needing some relate-able encouragement. So many of us are making big life changes, especially in our 50+ years, but here you are doing it on a boat and lifestyle that is totally out of the box new to you. We are all lucky you have the filming skills to share your journey with us.
I agree with Terry. Love your series, I hope you can keep going for a long while. It is just great filming and country side is beautiful. I think it is your personality and straight forwardness that people like. I like the fact you stand up to stupid questions and not give away personal information. It is none of their business. Keep on going...love the show so much.

Kevin, thank you for sharing your beautiful adventures. I discovered your videos on Prime while bedridden for months with a debilitating illness. Hello from the US! I absolutely love all of your videos! I really have learned a lot about your beautiful country! Keep going!! You have really showed beautiful scenery, and the lovely houses, right on the water!
Cracking series mate. Binge watching on Amazon in The States, though I grew up on the banks of the Leeds-Liverpool. Your shows helps soothe the little bit of home sickness that rears its head every once in a while. Press on and keep up the good work. And bollocks to the miserable bastards out there.
Ha ha, yes indeed. Great to hear you're enjoying the show. If you have a moment, would be very helpful if you would leave a review for season one on Amazon please ☺
I've fallen right in love with this enterprise. Thank you Amazon for recommending Travels By Narrowboat because I was watching Paul Murton's Grand Tours of Scottish Islands (and Lochs, and etc.). The experiences Kevin shares are a comfort to me as a man of the same age experiencing similar challenges. I'm not sure that a narrowboat on the English canal system are for me (likely something in the Texas Hill Country), but Kevin has taught so much on his travels. As much as I love the history of the Great Britain, I never had studied about how the canal system was the key to the Industrial Revolution. Kevin's travels introduced me to that and now gone off to study and learn more about it. His episode about navigating the 21 Wigan locks and telling about the volunteer Wigan Flight Crew, explaining the elevation involved and crediting the volunteers who make that happen -- that's wonderful. I once had an Professor of English Lit. talk at length about small towns, particularly small towns in Texas and how they promote a sense of creaturehood. That has stuck with me for 30 years. Kevin's videos do the same. I get a sense of creaturehood from his travels. I'm so thankful that I found this series and I'm connected in some small way to a man of similar age and similar situation who has unwittingly thrown me a lifeline.
You're absoultely right about the tesco pie analogy. What I like about your vids is that there is a complete honesty about them. You just point your camera and say this is what I'm seeing as I'm going along this canal. It's the closest thing to actually going along the canal I can get other than going along the canal myself. And I like the gentle pace too. So many things these days are so in your face and jump cut together with overly dramatic music. You have your intro song and that's. it. I think you've captured what it's like just bimbling along a canal better than anyone else.
I don't think I've read a more 'on the nugget' description of what TBN was meant to be, or portray. Reading that simply makes all the effort worthwhile. Thanks John and thanks for watching.
Just watched you on Prime, so relaxing,..the dream tour of your country I long for. UNTIL that BS on NY's eve. OMG! Too scary! Glad I found this video. (Some)People are idiots, and your answers in this video are great!!. Try to keep safe, take care and I love your cooking segments, look so yummy. Nice job Kev. MA, USA
I'm not sure which day, but Happy 52nd Birthday! I live in The States and I am only a year younger than you. I've been watching your TBN Amazon series and have been enjoying it tremendously because it is so relaxing! I have learned a lot and enjoy your 'old school' references. I recently heard you say you had a YT channel, which I watching in order (but just jumped to this playlist because of the title). Thank you very much for not letting the naysayers keep you from doing what you love. Cheers!
Hello Sir and thank you for watching. Another year goes by (I think they get quicker) and now into the 53rd year. Oh dear. Yep, life's too precious to listen to anything, or surround yourself with anyone, that doesn't support 'your team'?
Kevin, thanks for this. I recently discovered your channel and have been binge-ing it on VIMEO in recent weeks and wondering what's next. I have friends who have done narrowboat holidays (living in the US and traveling on holiday) and it's been high on my list - but as I approach my pensioner years (within a couple clicks) you are an inspiration to jumping in head first to a lifestyle that you might take a chance on. I have posted a lot to VIMEO and UA-cam on my passion - driving a MINI Cooper across North America and recording every moment on the road (albeit in timelapse fashion) - so I understand your mission, your routine, the technology, and the cycle of what you do every day. I love that this video dedication is being applied to narrowboats and that you are achieving a good following. Keep up the good work and know that you have many supporters in odd places.
Wow, across America in a Mini. Doesn't get much better than that, except maybe on a Harley. 😁 Yep the only way is to act on your dreams. Self doubt and hesitation is the biggest killer of good ideas? ☺

I just binge watched you on amazon. Great content. Ill be following you from now on. I live a similar life but its with a camper van. Traveling and exploring. Keep up the great work!
Hi from very high up in the Ecuadorian Andes of South America. No canals here. It'd be a fast ride. I've come to you late on Amazon, I suppose, but I've enjoyed so much...not Wigan as you were hurt, but I love the peace and calm you bring and the countryside is always changing and beautiful. Thanks for going through Yorkshire...my mom's family is from there, so it was nice to see through your eyes. We all have touchstones, and thank you for mine. I don't think I could do what you do, but it sure is nice to see and dream. You have a good life, and I'm grateful you share it. It's a good breath of fresh air. Believe it or not, but my baby girl, a red standard, watches with me intently. That doesn't happen often. Could be something about the chug-chug-chug of Aslan, but she is fascinated by things she sees...me too. Just wanted to say thanks so much. It's a beautiful time to spend with you.
First time, l would like to comment. Brilliant answers to some very personal comments (some questions I would not dare to even ask). I really like your clips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful canals and country. I am form South Africa. Loutjie Uys.
Just discovered you on amazon prime, now I have to check out the rest of your stuff. You are awesome! The energy, I just live vicariously by watching. All the stuff you’ve done, you editing just flows. I can’t wait to try your recipes. Love it all. The ice cream story with the Americans is precious. Big ice cream for big mouths. Keep it up.
Gracious! The questions people ask that are really none of their concern. I love your responses. You are wealthy in your own right by living how you wish! So envious 👍🇨🇦😎. Keep on filming and sharing with us
Bravo Kevin! For living a life you chose and are obviously very happy about, you have my respect and admiration. I myself retired at the age of 54 from a lifetime of construction, working as a master carpenter, builder and fine woodworker. I went back to school to become a Registered Nurse and now 6 years later I work in a critical care unit with some of the most amazing people in the world. When we choose and love the life we have, we are more successful than the richest person in the world. I've just started season 4 of your Narrowboat series on Amazon and find it relaxes me more than any other activity. I work in a high stress environment ( but I also love it) so having a way to decompress and rest is very important. Keep up the excellent work my friend and may you continue to enjoy happiness and success in all of your endeavors. Cheers, David Harrison, RN II Front Royal, Virginia, USA
I could never expose myself to the public as you and other vloggers do Kevin. But I am very happy that all y'all do so. Keep on keeping on brother, and Lord willing I'll keep viewing your stuff. (btw AK stands for Alaska.)

I love the seasons you have done for Amazon Prime. They sooth me, and are my antidepressant medication. I am in my 70s and widowed and live in Vermont where canals are out of the question. I love the UK. My mothers kin come from England. I hope you keep making videos for Amazon. You are indeed a gent. Thankyou for what you do.I look forward to watching every video you have on you tube. Ignore the creeps on you tube comments. I love watching you cook in your kitchen. I hope you continue to do more cooking .

Just popping in to say hi, I've just binge watched your series on Prime while on holiday, absolutely wonderful. I now can't wait to binge all the UA-cam stuff. Thanks you for all your work and wonderful videos, keep up the good work Sir.
Kevin. Can believe some of the questions people ask. I suppose when you watch your programmes we become a part of your journey and take some kind of ownership. Well done for everything you do for our entertainment. Keep well.
ran into your show on Prime, it’s addicting! I believe it is the realness. I amused myself that I was on the edge of my seat to catch everything when you were panning a country manor and fields.... So fun to see the English countryside. The one thing I found myself wishing for was in your morning when you weren’t saying a lot, if you had anything to share about what you did the previous evening (actually basically what you had for supper). Maybe it’s weird but the food bits are my favorite.
Garstang. Been there twice, because of you. I had a wonderful time, I've said so before. You are looking very well indeed compared to the CHG who started on the water.
Like many others, I found your videos on Prime recently and immediately fell in love with them. You have a strong gift of creating something at once relaxing and exciting, funny and educational. Also, your bravery in taking on this sort of life on your own is admirable. I had no idea what a pork pie was; it looks like one of the most delicious foods. Thanks, my friend and can't wait to keep watching your show. Chugga Chugga onward
Just started watching on amazon and really enjoy it. Enjoyed this video especially because I had wondered some of the things being asked, especially the rough cost of a narrowboat, etc. Great to hear some of the personal things about you, your thoughts and some of your experiences in life, etc. Being from the U.S., I personally would love to hear more about what life is like in England (politics aside). Just some of the customs, traditions, and things we have no idea about over here. Thank you for doing the show and sharing your life, it's interesting.
Love what you do. Greetings from the States. How you live is ideal, the pace, the travels, and your outlook. I'm sure the filming and editing parts are a labor of love.
Thank you Vann. Quite right, I truly enjoy what I do, even when I'm very busy. As you say, the pace and way of life is a major part of that I think. All the best and cheers for watching.
I am enjoying your series on prime and great to find out that there is "supplemental" info to be found here. You're doing a good job keeping it real which I assume is not always easy. That is, being yourself and resisting the urge to reinvent at the editing stage!
Hey, I'm honored that you wrote back. I'm passing the word to family and friends. Here's what I wrote them (unedited): I'm really enjoying "Travels by Narrowboat" not sure why, maybe because its not slick and you get to be a fly on the wall, following this guy as he learns how to negotiate the canals and the locks, but he makes it enjoyable without the hokum (he does the filming, editing himself)! and yes the countryside is beautiful. you are kinda seeing england from the backyard....@@CountryHouseGent
I just finished watching “Season 1”. I’m very intrigued! As an American, I didn’t know such a thing existed. It got me looking into the history of the canals and narrowboats.
I'm currently watching your series on Amazon, and I'm up to series 4 now. You're up in my neck of the woods. I work at Horwich, and my friend had a boat moored at White Bear Marina in Adlington (he's currently on the Lancaster). You went past the marina, but I couldn't spot my friend's boat, although he would have been there at the time. I hope you keep on doing your series for many years to come. There's nothing like it on TV - or on social media either. It's so relaxing, and we're like a passenger on your boat - in a way I don't think anyone else has captured. I like the fact that your videos are not over produced. I like the fact that they are slow paced and give you time to drink in the journey. It really gives you a sense of living life at 4 mle per hour. Don't get me wrong, I also like seeing Timothy West and Prunella Scales on their canal journeys too, but I can't help wishing their videos werre a little bit more like yours. The only thing you are missing is a dog. You could call it Shep, and change the name of your series to "Go with Shelley"!
That's awesome, thank you. You've hit the nail on the head. I was always disenchanted with most travel documentaries. Everything plastered in music and skipping along the area they were covering. Was always my intention to present what was happening as clearly as possible, without any of the bling. Really pleased you took that from the videos. Cheers, ☺
I can't stand modern documentaries. I hate the in the face jump cutting every 5 seconds and dramatic music - it all screams of desperation (don't turn the channel please!). I used to love Horizon, and now I find it unwatchable. Give me Jacob Bronowski and the Ascent of Man any day. You do realise you've put an insatiable yearning in me to buy a narrow boat and got continously cruising. That's now part of my 20 year retirement plan (or lottery win - whichever happens soonest).
Just watched episode 3 of your series 4. I think the hill you videoed thinking it was the Lake District is Pendle Hill. Not entirely sure though. I can see the same hill when I go for a walk up Holcombe Hill in Ramsbottom. The Leeds Liverpool canal is quite a bit further north than Holcome Moor, and Haslingden Grane and Oswaldtwistle Moor are in between. On Google Maps Pendle Hill is certainly in that ballpark area.
Keep up the work you are a real inspiration for me to get my boat fitted out and get out of the rat race as you have done. Once again thanks mate keep it going.
Goodness so many questions and how very polite of you to answer them 😊 as far as I’m concerned just keep chugging along doing what you and Aslan do so well which is entertaining us with your travels, regardless of what’s in your piggy bank! 😳
I'm in the middle of binge-watching your travels on Amazon. (NOT to be confused with THE Amazon; that would be terrifying) I love it! So calming to watch the lovely countryside go by, so slowwwwlyy....hypnotic and de-stressing. Very subtly intriguing.
Wow- I wish we had this canal system in the states. I was in Chester a couple of years ago and could’ve sworn I saw the Aslan. (Will have to go through my pictures). I found your videos recently on amazon and am binge watching- and eating my heart out! It looks like such a grand life! Oh well, off I go to to work. Enjoy 😊
Here’s a question: in the inland waters of the NW USA where I live, people study their charts to keep from going aground. But it seems like people on your canals aren’t bothered. How do know the depth of the water as you go along?
@@clpotis Generally the canals are 3 feet deep but sometimes you drag the bottom if they've silted up and need dredging. Tidal rivers are different however. On the Trent in season 5, I had to use a chart to avoid sandbanks.
Hi Kevin, I have really enjoyed cruising around England with you, and your story. I don't mind that you do all the talkin' because it seems a fair trade-off since you do all of the work. All seriousness aside, please, no more holiday pints with "strangers" my friend, glad that you have recovered so well, those SOBs are bound for a prison lifestyle simply because of who they are! Whilst YOU will be free to travel and creatively share YOUR travel lifestyle. - Godspeed
Just found your videos on Amazon and was immediately hooked. Thank you so much for sharing alittle bit of your life with the world. New subscriber right here! Cheers
You're providing a public service to those of us whose jobs have been screwed up by the bureaucratic response to this stupid virus. It's so refreshing to see canal views, to hear the chugging of the narrowboat engine, and to hear commentary from a real person instead of a slick luvvie. Plus, I love all of the duck and swan photos. Ignore the sartorial morons and trolls.
Kevin, thanks sooo much for sharing all this with us! Thank goodness you contacted Amazon and they decided to host you, that's where I first stumbled upon your travels. If I had to sum up your videos in one word, it would be 'calming', and simply so. I prefer the lack of soundtrack that would just drown out Aslan's song. That slow-paced, 'chug chug' of her beautiful 60 yr old diesel is pure joy in cast iron to me. Being within about 6 months older than you, I've always had a draw to all things mechanical, and that engine is a pure work of art imho. I truly miss being able to troubleshoot by ear or the 'seat of my pants' so to speak. This new, computer based stuff never seems to give an applicable code when I see problems, so annoying. And btw, you ARE rich in that you're doing something you love! It's atleast feeding you and allowing you to continue on a wonderful, slow ride through the incredible English country side. Beats a cubicle anyday! I prefer your 'traffic jams' as well... 3 narrowboats at the same lock, hah. Thanks for all you share, and please don't disappear on us without notice! Greets from Texas central, y'all. 🖖
Kevin...I am a new viewer on Amazon prime and I'm enjoying your videos immensely....I've just started season 3 and I must say I would like to see you add more vegetables to your diet!...update, now I've watched season 3, I am happy with your vegetable intake...
Great to hear Gene. Hope you get to try it out. It's the complete opposite of the 'day to day'. Also a very good team building experience if you have a family - just make sure you're the Captain. ☺

I have been watching your narrowboat video's from the start Kevin, there isn't a more enjoyable {series} anywhere, I amazed at the halfwit questions people ask you, lucky you have a life. Cheers Geoff
Thanks for the "Leaning Around Britain". Great to hear some answers to questions I've had. Just a note about people offering to donate monies to you. If England's banking system is like ours in the US then giving someone a routing/account number to your accounts is not a big deal. They are printed on every check I write and give to someone. Having only that information does not give anyone authority to access your account and take funds from it, otherwise I would never write a check to anyone! If you feel nervous about it just open a separate account even at another bank. I'd be curious to know if it's different there.
Hello !! From Texas !! Stumbled upon ur utube and video on prime !! The canal and narrow boat made me think of Peaky Blinders !! You must get that a lot !! But I really enjoyed the lovely green charm of ur videos and envy your freedom !!

I came here after burning through what was on Amazon. This is an enjoyable experience! One of these days I will make it to England and do a narrow boat trip. :-)
Great vlog here. Discovered you on Amazon Prime last week. Reminds me of my days cruising the Hudson River, Erie Canal and Champlain Canal back in the 1990's in the U.S.. You have a much more extensive system to explore there. Carry on.
Very nice comment, I think many of us live vicariously through others, it would also seem many people feel (for various reasons) a need for judgement, I am not sure why people see such a need, perhaps it links to there own uncertainty in life, maybe it is linked to an innate human social characteristic of always challenge the one something different, and thereby ensuring a continuation of the community as they know it. Change always comes from the 'outsider'. Keep doing what you are doing until you do something else. Really enjoy your vlogs. Paul
You've moored up well there CHG. Hope you managed to get at least a pint from the Tithe Barn. I spent a week on a narrowboat 2 weeks ago and saw lots of Aslan babies! Can't beat the noise those engines make!

Hey, Kevin! So good to see you and enjoy your sense of humor. Not a narrow boat in sight, and still a delightful vlog. Good advice here and there, too!
Cheers Doug. It was a quiet day. 😎
I am somewhat astonished to the degree some of your viewers wanted to delve into your personal affairs.
Hello Kevin, I discovered your videos on accident on Amazon prime they were fantastic! so now I'm watching your back catalogue on UA-cam. Thanks for sharing your narrow boat Adventures they're great wish I could travel by narrowboat unfortunately I don't think that wheelchair accessible. Anyway thanks for producing such great content.
PS glad to see you're still on UA-cam.
Country Gent You have one of the better self made, self published reality series on Amazon.
Please by all means keep up the great work.
I can't wait for seasons 4 & 5
I find your very honest views on life and the quality of your videos very enlighting. You showcase canal life very well. Take Care Tony.
@@CountryHouseGent Done!
Love what you are doing my mate. I have followed you from the beginning and seen that you have overcome many obstacles so well played!
MA, USA
Well done , everyone has to eat and I really love your vlogs . Thanks for being so honest and I hope all goes well .
Well leaned, mate. Keep up the outstanding inclination.

Kevin keep that positive attitude and remember, though some of us live across the pond, we are enjoying your life!
Appreciated Charles.
Thank you Kevin, very informative and questions I would have liked to have asked. Great to see you still on You Tube
First time, l would like to comment. Brilliant answers to some very personal comments (some questions I would not dare to even ask). I really like your clips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful canals and country. I am form South Africa. Loutjie Uys.
Hello and thank you for commenting and thank you for watching. Cheers. :)
Keep it up.
Cool 😎 A pleasure thank you. ☺
Cheers,

I could never expose myself to the public as you and other vloggers do Kevin.
But I am very happy that all y'all do so.
Keep on keeping on brother, and Lord willing I'll keep viewing your stuff.
(btw AK stands for Alaska.)
I love your show and watch it every night before bedtime, thank you
Keep rockin' these videos and the long hair, Kevin!
😁 👍
Kevin I just saw your the first 3 seasons. Absolutely fab mate! Very sorry to see what happened to you in Wigan! I hope and pray you are doing better now! Super excited to watch Wigan to Leeds trip!! We are binge watching stay date out there!
thank you Kevin .i am also watching on Amazon .cant wait to see every episode .really enjoying the scenery .you make it as though we are there with you .i cant get out under my own steam so you are giving me some lovely freedom..keep it up luv you are doing a lovely job
Hello Pauline and thank you. Really happy to hear you enjoy watching. ☺
Great stuff Kev and its good to hear from you again have a good summer.
I'll never ceased to be amazed at the gall of some people. Yes, you need big ones to put up with UA-cam numties all the time.
I hope you continue to do more cooking .
post script, I.am so angry that you were attacked by brutal thugs on NewYears Eve. Your ex wife is a dear. I applaud her for driving a long distance to see you.
If it hadn't been for her, I'm not sure what would have happened afterwards. A true gem. 😊
It's always good to see you looking bright eyed and bushy tailed :-)
I'd second that. The difference is night and day.
This video is a great example of why I visit UA-cam - very enjoyable to watch - thanks
Nice presentation, good luck with your new series.
😁 Yep, a pork pie is simply the best way to cram as much tasty, salty pork, into delicious crispy pastry. Yum. Cheers and great to have you onboard. ☺
thanks gent, i like the cut of your gib. straight talking and no bs . how old fashioned. hope you keep at it so refreshing..
Thank you for doing the show and sharing your life, it's interesting.
great show ! very relaxing love it and the recipes
All the best and cheers for watching.
always a favourite, thank you
I am enjoying your series on prime and great to find out that there is "supplemental" info to be found here. You're doing a good job keeping it real which I assume is not always easy. That is, being yourself and resisting the urge to reinvent at the editing stage!
Thank you. Yes I always wanted to keep it as real as possible without as you say, twisting the truth in the edit. Just keep things as they happen/ed.
Hey, I'm honored that you wrote back. I'm passing the word to family and friends. Here's what I wrote them (unedited): I'm really enjoying "Travels by Narrowboat"
not sure why, maybe because its not slick and you get to be a fly on the wall, following this guy as he learns how to negotiate the canals and the locks, but he makes it enjoyable without the hokum (he does the filming, editing himself)! and yes the countryside is beautiful. you are kinda seeing england from the backyard....@@CountryHouseGent
I just finished watching “Season 1”. I’m very intrigued! As an American, I didn’t know such a thing existed. It got me looking into the history of the canals and narrowboats.
Hi Matt. Yes the canals go back to the 1700's and were a major part of industry.
Good stuff, let the hair grow. Best of luck with Amazon, cant wait for series 6 on Vimeo.
Whats for lunch? Love all your videos, Like the cooking parts....
Well today it's a classic recipe 'Curry Pot Noodle." Quick and simple and (possibly) nutritious? 😁
Good advice on the video quality/content/audio point. Looking forward to Series 6.
The cheek of some people...
Keep up the great work Kev.... Don't forget there's a curry in Northwich waiting for you.
Regards Steve
Northwich is still my 'spiritual home' of the Lamb Balti Vindaloo.
Hi Niigata and great to hear that. Smooth sailing with the fit out and and hope you love the canal life. It's 'very' liberating.
great little vlog and was great to meet and chat the other day my friend hope the boat lift goes ok and look forward to the vlog on it
Goodness so many questions and how very polite of you to answer them 😊 as far as I’m concerned just keep chugging along doing what you and Aslan do so well which is entertaining us with your travels, regardless of what’s in your piggy bank! 😳
☺ Oh yes Rita, stiff upper lip and all that, what what. 💷
Nice one sir good to see you again good luck for the future
I'm in the middle of binge-watching your travels on Amazon. (NOT to be confused with THE Amazon; that would be terrifying) I love it! So calming to watch the lovely countryside go by, so slowwwwlyy....hypnotic and de-stressing. Very subtly intriguing.
Ha yes the Amazon would be, er, different? ☺ Great to have you aboard Sharon.
Not rich?! Maybe not in terms of money but I'm sure you realise you're one of the richest people on the planet. Thanks Kevin for all you do. :)
Enjoy 😊
It's very possible you saw Aslan in Chester two years ago as that's roughly when I went there. Small world? ☺
CountryHouseGent Thanks for the reply! I’m enjoying the amazon vids. 😊
- Godspeed
Many thanks Richie. Agreed, I'm very wary of pubs to the point of not bothering now. 🤭
That’s a great vlog bud, been following u for a couple of yrs,,,
Keep em coming
👍👍
And cheers
Nice to see in my neck of the woods on the Lancaster Kevin (yes I'd recognised the Lune viaduct backdrop). Looking forward to more of your travels.
Just found your videos on Amazon and was immediately hooked. Thank you so much for sharing alittle bit of your life with the world. New subscriber right here! Cheers
That's awesome to hear. Thank you for watching. ☺
I'm watching the series from Georgia, USA and now I want to take a trip on a narrowboat. Thanks for showing the good and the bad. Cheers
Great to hear Gene. Hope you get to try it out. It's the complete opposite of the 'day to day'. Also a very good team building experience if you have a family - just make sure you're the Captain. ☺
My boyfriend and I find your stories on Amazon prime sooo relaxing!! I’m from California and talking to my boyfriend about retiring on a narrowboat! It’s so beautiful and peaceful! On season 3 and can’t wait for more!
Great vid
Love ur honesty
👍👍👍
I have been watching your narrowboat video's from the start Kevin, there isn't a more enjoyable {series} anywhere, I amazed at the halfwit questions people ask you, lucky you have a life.
Cheers Geoff
That's very rewarding to hear Geoff, thank you. ☺
Great honest answers, thanks CHG. Don’t get lonely.
Cheers Micky. No I won't. ☺
Good advice all around.
We are on a fixed income so we are sorry that we can not be patrons of you but we do miss you. Thank you for you videos.
I laughed out loud at the pie analogy! Very much looking forward to the new series.
😁 Then I consider the video a success. Cheers as always Robert.
Good advice keep up the good work
All those skills and a sense of humor to boot !
Great video. Keep up the good work. 👍
I’ve never been on a narrow boat & wasn’t really interested in that lifestyle but I find your vlogs very interesting & relaxing. I’ve been watching on Amazon prime & looking forward to more. 👍
Cheers Jean-Luc (can I call Jean-Luc?) Episode 5, Season 3 should be live any day now.
P. S. Great job using holographic bullets against those Borg. 😉
I came here after burning through what was on Amazon. This is an enjoyable experience! One of these days I will make it to England and do a narrow boat trip. :-)
Great to hear thank you. I can highly recommend narrow boating.
Great vlog here. Discovered you on Amazon Prime last week. Reminds me of my days cruising the Hudson River, Erie Canal and Champlain Canal back in the 1990's in the U.S.. You have a much more extensive system to explore there. Carry on.
Happy Birthday!
Cheers Donna.
Kevin you are awesome. Watched all seasons on Amazon had to subscribe on here. I need more!!! Love from the states bro!
Paul
I think you're spot on Paul. Being different is something that's plagued me from birth. Only the past few years has it eased off.
great stuff, I just can't believe what some people want to know but as you said youtube attracts them all. cheers.
Great! One suggestion for future seasons, get a drone with 4K video. Not only will it improve your production they are a blast to fly.
Good suggestion. I've toyed with the idea but the jury's still out on that one.
Nice one CHG I think a lot of those people who asked questions especially financial ones. have no idea about what narrowboating is about
Very true. It's about ridding oneself of burden, financial or otherwise.
Great video, and boy some of the questions people ask you are really nosy !
Ha yes, comes with the territory I think Mark. ☺
You've moored up well there CHG. Hope you managed to get at least a pint from the Tithe Barn. I spent a week on a narrowboat 2 weeks ago and saw lots of Aslan babies! Can't beat the noise those engines make!
Cheers Daniel. I've had the pleasure of a Guiness or two at the Tithe. What a venue. Yes the 'old twins' have a unique and distinctive charm.
Started watching on Amazon and am in love with the show. The sound of Aslan’s motor is hypnotic and so relaxing. Also love the view of the world from the canals. Do you ever fish? Would love to see one of your cooking segments with your own catch of the day! Keep up the great work!
