What's the "rebuild" part of the intro? Like a massive collection that you had before that you had to part with for some reason? Back in like 1998-2000 I wasnt really collecting like I am now, it was more of just having money to burn and getting as many figures as I could. Like the shotgun Saturday night series and the SummerSlam 99 I remember for sure. Ended up just selling them for $1 each. $2 for the 2 packs. All still in the package and everything. I think back to those a lot. The ones I had when I was a kid, the big rubber 80s guys, that's a different story. I played with and wore those out. Idk what even happened to those through the years. But the $150/$200 I got back then wasn't nearly worth it thinking back.
So the story behind the word “rebuild” is back when I was growing up I was fortunate enough to have thousands of figures & unfortunately after high school I ended up selling 90% of my collection for quick money. I had lots of rare figures from the Jakks days & early Mattel days. In 2020 I got back into collecting WWE figures, everyday we’re building back up my collection! I’ll probably make a big video eventually on my full story!
@bestonedonnie I didn't have thousands for sure. But I was over 100 MOC for sure. One that I regret a lot was a blue blazer figure. Just a "basic" but I had it. I didn't even need the money. That's what pains me the most. I just didn't want them anymore. Dumb AF.
It's a great set, I've got all these, love packaging
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🦃🦃
My favorite in the set that I’ll be getting Bret Hart
