Having seen Farnsey several times in concert over the years as well as quite a few Australian and big international artists, and in my experience, no one comes close to John when it comes to engaging with the audience. He makes a 20,000+ stadium feel very intimate and extremely personal. It feels like he's invited a few mates around to his place to listen to him and his closest friends have a jam session in his garage. Plus he also feels like your funny, larrikin Uncle who happens to have a killer voice! He is a consummate performer and is born to be on stage.
Awesome reaction Shakes. And yes we have a blast of a time in your Thursday night Aussie music live streams- people please consider joining us this Thursday, lots of fun!! ❤
The guy on harmonica is Steven Williams and the harmonica player on some of Cold Chisel's songs is David Blight - both excellent musicians. By the way, if you ever need to know any of the band members for John, I recommend the excellent YT video where he introduces them all, one by one : ua-cam.com/video/zAI4cz_neGk/v-deo.html.
Both are fabulous harmonica players. Shakes..Don't remember if you've seen the Chain Reaction Song from the chain reaction concert....Steve has a huge harmonica solo at the beginning and also featured heavily throughout the song. m.ua-cam.com/video/xWGXmWB4tKQ/v-deo.html
