Brilliant, thanks for sharing Emma. I've had tinnitus for decades in the right ear, but in about 2008 got sudden near deafness in the left with bad tinnitus. I suspect a few things but it's too muddied to pin down. I've nearly eliminated sugar, wheat, alcohol, but what surprised me the most was I had two root canaled teeth removed. It took a decade to convince dentists to pull the newest one and a few more years to get the second and oldest one pulled. They kept on insisting "they're sterile for life" BS I kept on saying. Not possible. Anyway, three days after pulling the oldest one, my sinuses began to clear. On day four, they completely cleared and other than transient things like smoke, dust, chems, they've been wonderfully clear ever since. I would dirty 3-4 handkerchiefs a week. Now one lasts all week and doesn't really need washing but gets it anyway. Sadly the tinnitus still persists but Golden Seal sounds like the go.
