How do I bind off before moving on to the straps? Can you show us how?

Love the bag, can't wait to get started! Where can I the PDF pattern? Also.... did I miss something? I would have liked to see the tutorial for binding off stitches at the top of the bag, and putting them on a stitch holder, then working each strap separately. Then grafting the two ends of the straps....?

Can you made a much detailed video about which one need to cast off and which side are not and how to start on the other side? it’s not really clear and i’m a bit blur how to continue this….and do i need to change the needle? since i’m using circular needle as in previous video but in this video you’re using double pointed needle
