I have just now seen my first videos of you. You do a fantastic job of explaining every step you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am a beginner working with wood. I appreciate you so much
Playing off the original design…. If you cut out the middle of the small tree you could just reverse stack them middle one onto the big tree and smaller one on top 🤷🏻♀️
Sponsored by NOBODY ! I’ve only had 2 videos sponsered out of 240 videos , main reason being , they’re mostly full of shit ! But I research every sponser that reaches out and if I feel it’s valuable to my viewers I’ll do it , which 2 out of 240 videos ! Yeah the majority of them are not reputable or valuable to y’all ! I’ll never push some bs on y’all ! Skål 🫡
The first project resulted in "scrap" pieces that had a birds mouth cut out on the end after you removed the "trees". I think you used the other end of one of them for the last project. If you square a line across the inside point of the birds mouth and cut across, you will have two pieces that are each 1/2 of the tree you made in the first project. Glue the outside faces together and you have another whole tree. Thanks for the videos.
Here's an idea of when you were at 14 minutes and 51 seconds you had a chunk of wood on the bench my wife said hey that looks like a giant clothespin you can put some hooks on that and use it as bathroom decor anyways man I love your channel and I hope you keep making videos for years to come
Now you're speaking my language. Love doing the intricate creative stuff but the simple things that if you add a couple of other skills to can appeal to a broader demographic when selling your product. Nicely done D 🔥💜🔥🤘🏼
For those nesting trees, you should have just put them together, maybe with a thin shim between each edge, then cut the bottom flush. That would give it a more high quality feel in they nest together perfectly smooth and aren't janky.
Watching in NW Arkansas. Love your channel and you would envy my pallet pile. I have people bring them to me for free. Just to see what I come up with 😅
@ bout time ya did somethin’! 😂🤪 Just playin’. Thanks for tossing out “no table saw” projects with the others. I’m Still, yes.. Still gaining courage to use mine. Lol! Healing up from surgery but going out to the shop today to attempt to at least turn it on! 😅😂 you and your Beautiful wife have a wonderful weekend!! 💙🥰💙
Hey man I love your videos and your projects are always so solid. You said you started a year ago? How did u learn to film and edit? UA-cam university?
Hahaha , well see I had a leg up as for decades I produced music , so figuring out how to time certain transitions and time certain sounds came naturally for me . Working my way around the software when I first started was very familiar
Thanks for this video! I'm working on playing with wood in the upcoming months and I could see these being simple enough for me to try. I'm hoping to come up with a soap dish idea using wood once I get into a creative headspace. It would go great in my shop! Something different than boring blocks of wood... lol ♡ Rachael from WithMyHandsAndHeart
Woah wait ! What did you just say. ???? You don’t know it yet but you just predicted the project In my next video. I am almost done editing it , the first project is a soap dish 😱 are you a mind reader !!! 😂 I’m not kidding at all .
@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks not a mind reader but I wish I was.. Just looking to add another useful item to my shop. I can't wait to see what you come up with!! I have a few ideas but I'm unsure of how to make them cost effective. I pay too much attention to detail, which is why my soaps are a bit extra. Lol
@@rachaelt3294 I am cursed with attention to detail as well , but knowing that not everyone is capable yet , or not everyone is that detailed I tend to show projects that anyone can make . 😊
You said not table saw required, but then you clamped the wood to the table saw. So, I guess a table saw is required. LoL! Just bustin' yer chops. Love your videos, Daniel, and I'm going to be making some of these for my family. I actually thought of using plywood for the candy canes. Where you can see the pattern (layers) going around the cane. I might also explore using a round over bit on it. Cautiously of course. Thank you for sharing, Brother and God bless.
I’ve recently gotten into the hobby of building things to help keep my mind busy, and built my own workshop bench about a week ago. Your videos that I’ve watched so far have given me a ton of inspiration! Thanks for ideas and tips.
I accidentally found this lady on utube and watched it forgot what she was making and she mentioned your name as she sang your tabs Dana glue song it was funny with her English accent oh yeah and Natt Peach did mention you n one of his videos just to let you kboe
lol I did make the trees with just a table saw and then I added a spin to them , the original trees don’t have the cuts I made with the bandsaw. Those cuts can be made with a jigsaw too
@ hey man no worries bro. I’ve sold hundreds of the trees like the trees before I made the bandsaw cuts , simple triangle simple profit , thought I’d think of other ways to spin them a bit . Thanks for commenting

The nesting trees are awesome 🤩

@@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks It's IRRESISTIBLE! I can't stop singing it myself 🙂
Love the nesting tree idea , thanks for sharing.
Man, those are great ideas, as usual. My wife has already asked me to make some of the first set of trees.
😂

This was a GREAT video Daniel! I really enjoyed it and they are perfect for a beginner like me. Thanks!
for the 3 tiered tree drill a hole down the middle to insert a dal rod for a trunk.
I so needed to see this video to get back in the game. Thanks for the fantastic video to encourage me to get back into gear. 😂

I'm looking and I just can't see it......help!
I really like the nesting style, also gives 2 more trees to bundle up and make even mor profit.
Yes sir
I'm so happy to have found your channel!! So fun and inspiring! Thank you!!

Well in my defense it was a last minute idea , so I’ll be refining the design
Thank you Mr Viking

Good morning. Excited for the builds. Happy holidays
Good morning 😃
Awesome holiday projects, I did like the 1st set of trees and the idea of putting them on the wooden disk. Thank you Daniel!

Candy canes can be shepherd hooks or sled runners love it ❤
I love that name tag idea. Definitely gonna make those here soon
Super great idea and easy way to use up scrap

lol I thought you said hobby lobby Gnome and when that was turning into a house at the end I was thinking what did I miss here then I realized 😂😂😂😂

Hey, I thought you said you weren't going to use the table saw, as you're clamping the 2x4 to the table saw 😂😂
Dang it you got me
Valeuuu capitão caverna❤
Since you were taking a torch to the house, I would have sung " the roof is on fire"

These ideas are so fun! I’m so glad I found you! BTW - do you paint them before selling, or sell as raw wood?
Really it depends on the buyer , thanks for tuning in
Just a idea could you do a video on how you started a Etsy store?
Well I’m not the best at explaining tech ! I’m a woodworker for god sake here !! 😝 I will see what I can do .
Yabdabadoo… its ADADABGLUE TIME!!
Love all of your ideas, however, why didn't you make the nesting trees out of one piece instead of three? 😊
No particular reason
When your making the candy canes what kind of glue are you using?
Titebond glue . Extra hold
How can I get plans from you

Todays women have no idea what a clothespin is. Nobody on this channel has a outside dryer.
🤣 well I in fact do not own a dryer and we in fact use a clothes line . But what point are you trying to make there buddy ?
You make me nervous Dan… 2” cuts without a stick… please be careful
It’s sped up 10x’s brother , I was nice and slow and very safe 😉
The bandsaw is not a circular saw you did not do the trees with just a circular saw.
