Hi, how all this can be used in real life? How to import in avrs?

Hey ManCave, I use it in real life all the time. What is avrs?

Hi Nathan! Thank you for your helpful information like always. Is there any setting in the REW RTA to see the spectrum of the reference signal instead of the signal coming from the measurement mic so we can compare them?

Hey Rober, the reference signal in REW is a series of sine waves, so it doesn't really have a spectrum, but I suppose you could set your input to the timing loopback, open the generator and start it, then open the RTA and observe the response.

Hey Nathan! By any chance do you know if it is possible to have set qs on the eq settings so that the software creates an eq with just those settings. Let’s say to recreate a 32 1/3 octave band eq

Sort of. Here's a manual work around in REW:
      1. Open EQ filters window.
      2. Set all Q values to 1.1.
      3. Set the Frequency values as necessary.
      4. Click Optimise gains.
I don't know if this will give you the result you want, but I just tested it and it works.

@@nathanlively is the q value of a 1/3 oct band 1.1? I had been thinking it was 4.3 off of a quick google search
