What if attacker has spoofed ip and made the server ip as his source IP and send it to the same server..?? In short both source IP of client is spoofed as same destination server IP is same..
hello ! I have enter the command ipconfig /all then enter but I couldn't see on my command prompt the line giving ipv6 address. I'm seeing two different physical address of 6parts but you said ipv6 addresses are of 8parts. please explain
Thanks for your mail, what u r seeing is the Physical address or what is called the MAC (media access control address). This is at the Data link layer. You are seeing 2 of them because you have 2 adapters one is for the ethernet cable and the other one is for your system to connect with the Wifi. Your system might not be supporting IPV6 address till now and that why u r not seeing it, but u must be seeing a IPv4 address. Hope I am able to answer your question
