Congratulations, just remember, you will fight, but never go to bed without saying I love you, it makes starting the next day easier, either way, that's my best advise...
You know what I love about you guy's it's the total positive attitude no matter what. Going good on a great hunt days, filling tags and the high exciting energy just flowing. On the bad days missing the shots of once in a life time opportunity but you guys are real, showing what it's like when it's happening. Showing what it's like when it's dead nothing. Seeing in your eyes when disappointment hits but you guys run with experience,maturity, and it is what it is attitude etc. To me you guys are like total level headed,lots of humor,very entertaining, but totally dead serious.
I can't stop watching you guys. You guys are so real it's like you can't stop cause excitement keeps your curiosity going to see if that bull is around the next tree. You guys would make me late for work if I had a job. I'm thankful I got laid off from my job cause I'm learning lots from your videos and I've never hunting once. I'm 3 years into just traditional target archery. I dream of hunting elk one day, my own meat that I could put in my freezer.
Born and Raised Outdoors as inspired me so much at Scheels I bought a mouth reed wanting badly to learn how to bugle. Tell you what, trying to learn how to use a mouth reed sure makes lots of spit. I hope by next season I'll be good enough to go with my bow hunting friends helping them call in elk. You guys are doing such a great job. Your videos are kinda like watching "Friends" and "Seinfield", like hanging with your friends at the coffee shop. Really appreciate your hard work you put in your videos, thanks

Another great video! Together my husband and I have raised his younger brother and sister, and take care of his disabled mother. We took them all on about the age of 24. We have two boys of our own who are graduated, one in the army and the other is doing his own thing over in eastern Oregon. We also still have one at home he’s in middle school. This man was able to reconnect with his family back east about the age of 25 and has given up the opportunity to be back there in order to keep me close to my family. He always does for others. Just wanted to see if you guys would give a shout out to John Cross. This husband of mine after having back surgery gets right back to work to continue providing for his family. He has always been an upstanding man, friend and father, who would give anyone the shirt off his back to help them. He always puts others first, and I truly wish he knew how much he is appreciated!
He wasn’t able to get a true Elk hunting trip in this season (he hunts with rifle, but would love to bow hunt too), because of his back surgery. He loved watching your videos, and still does. He enjoys everything you stand for.
Love that you guys can just have fun even on the slow days!
When I would get down while hunting my dad always told me, "Tomorrow is another day and you never know whats gonna happen in the next five minutes."......... You guys are doing great, and are great examples of how to stay positive and enjoy more then just the kill.

Just want to say thanks for reply and all the positive feed fellas, and my buddy I mentioned is now getting all caught up with all your shows you have on you tube and he came to me today and wants to make a plan for a 2018 elk hunting trip. I can definetly relate to bow hiking alot, i have never killed a big game animal with my bow and im 30. But i hike and hunt like i kill every time. YOU GUYS ARE BAD ASS
Besides the small bull in Colorado there is a drought of elk killing....and that is ok. This is how it is most days in the elk woods. Reality isn't a bad thing. Thanks for showing it regardless.

I went 7 years with out a tag just to help a buddy hunt archery elk got hooked hunted 3 years with a bow before I killed my first bull lots of learning curves love the bully rut beat down keep em coming
Sorry you guys didn’t get your burger cause you had to chase bulls. 😂 I don’t mind the hunting without an killing. It makes me feel like I’m not as crappy of a hunter after all.

I understand the struggle of not getting and close encounters here in Wyoming got my buddy his first bull the second day of season he was a ypunf bull but it was his first one and the freezer is full over the next 3 weeka I struggled lots of close encounters and a couple missed shots it was a low archery season for me but I kept with it and unfortunately I never got my bull with my bow but opening rifle I was able to get my biggest bull to date. I love the videos showing the struggle and frustration. Its what makes it real to the people watching and relatable keep up the good work guys
Thanks for continuing to do all that you guys are doing. I love how genuine and forthcoming you guys are. It's refreshing to see videos showing the slower and more frustrating parts of hunting that all of us go through, instead of having your videos just show the highlights and kill shots that make it look easy-peasy.

We understand the frustration! In the moment it's hard to understand that its not all about the success. But it's about the journey and brotherhood along the way. Even if it takes years for a successfully filled tag. It's a success every season just getting out there and participating with friends and family, or even solo hunting, for our rights that we need to stand for. It is a blessing to get to got hunt. That's why they call it hunting not tag filling. ;)

I totally know how you guys feel. I did a 9 day backcountry packing hunt this year for elk with two buddies the elk hunting was so slow and so was the fishing but when you have your buddies and are out having and making fun you’ll never forget the experience. Probably the worst hunt ever but the funniest at the same time keep truckin forward and good things will always come your way.

Great job with the series guys! Elk/mule deer hunts are somewhat foreign to us people in the central/eastern states when it comes to DIY hunts. Any chance of you guys doing a "How To" video on the process of applying to various states? Again, great job, I love the positive vibes!

What a series!! Way to guys!! But only one question... My 6 year old said on Sunday how cool it would be to hang an autographed poster in our “hunt room”. So the question is how can we buy one of those? He also went on his first big game hunt with me 2 weeks ago and we got a doe antelope. He was so excited! All he could say was that we need to send y’all a pic. He will remember y’all series the rest of his life, y’all have him (and me) all fired up! Have a great holiday to all of you! Hey guys, finally got all caught up on the land of the free videos, absolutely love the series. I am a newer hunter, have only put in 2 hunts in the past couple years, both rifle, one for deer one for a special cow elk rifle, havent yet dropped anything. Being as Im new, Im curious why you guys call out Terminator Elk calls? Are they not very good or something? Just curious and wantin to learn. :) Keep doing this, its been an awesome learning adventure!
