This is good thing to talk more. but in actual life jab bhi hum ese baat krte he. like me kisise 'Hi' krke apne bare me khud hi bolne lag jati hu to samne vala sochta he ke bhai mene pucha nahi to ye bole kyu ja rahi he, pagal he kya. ya fir uske barreme pucho to vo sochega isko kya pdi he me kya krta hu kya nahi. vese ye me mene anubhav se hi bol rahi hu. Nice informative post. I think people who say "aur sunao" are simply trying to end the conversation, because they don't want to continue as they are not interested but they embark to be interested. Conversation between friends is mostly spontaneous.
This video is very helpful for me. 4 points discussed in this video are used by me personally and I found it very effective.
1. Quality - It means to remove all unnecessary words like aan, umm, normally, you know etc..
2. Pauses - Take necessary pauses so that others can understand your point
3. Statements - Give statements instead of yes/no questions
4. Conversational threading - Give more information tahkh agla us mai say topic nikal sakay.. For example. Ap kaha say ho? Tw is ka jawab yeh denay ki bajay ka mai Dehli say ho... You can say... mai dehli say hon jo ko India ka capital h ar is mai falan falan tareekhi buildings hain. etc... Give details

Some people have a natural gift and are verbally articulate as well as possessing good listening skills. Some people are not so adept in this sphere and can be socially awkward and tongue tied. Also they can be fixed in their views and not willing to compromise when listening to what others have to say..
