Do you use them ? My parents gave me a pair of those antique flippers when I was a kid , they were an antique when I got them and seemed impossible to use because with age the rubber got very stiff and would not flex , but I guess they did help me to strengthen my legs ,
How does the frog + compare to the reg frog in terms of bouncy ? I use them for snorkeling and can't stand flippers that float and stay on top , the reg frog seems to be hevy enough to stay down making it quiet
I still have my Jet fins from 1970 and both open heel & full foot Novas.

@@jacobclark89 Yes, they are preferred by tech divers ahead of RK3s. What works still works. I use Nova full foot and open heel for diving.
