- What is Einthoven's Triangle? 👉 When the electrical conduction in the heart is moving toward a positive electrode, it will create an upward deflection on the ECG tracing.
👉 The general conduction pattern - moving toward the positive electrode then away from it - creates the P wave.
👉 Lead II most accurately follows the natural conduction pathway of the electricity of the heart.

Is Einthovens triangle and instrument that was used in Beethovens 5th symphony?
What's a pgc 1:45
Premature Junction complex. Beat is originating in the AV junction. P wave looks differently than the ones that come from the SA
P wave maybe inverted as shown in video, originates after the QRS complex, or could be in the QRS complex. If I got anything wrong someone let me know.
