I'm ok in a plane, not in structures connected to the ground though.
Could be for a lot of reasons. The same way people get sick, or agitated if they're not driving cars themselves, but are passengers. Or it could be something as relatively simple as the fact that up in the air you're enclosed in the airplane. Your mind uses the airplane floor as a reference. On the terrace you can see the ground, your mind thinks you're too high up and you get the jitters.

I guess on day when one explodes they'll learn a big lesson. It drys the sound board out, then some poor piano tuner will find out the hard way, or even while playing it that could happen.
So true. Whilst moving from our 3rd floor apartment, we had 7 fully grown men take it down via the stairs.... and boy was that a HUGE struggle. Had to slide it down on a couple of duvets as we could barely lift it!

Pianos come apart. Keys lid comes off, keys mechanism comes out, music stand slides out, top lid comes off, legs come off. Becomes much easier to move.

I can understand this. I am terrified of heights in fact I would never have gone out on that terrace or balcony (it was hard enough to watch the video) but I have no problem flying on a passenger jet and if I could would love to pilot one. Phobia's are irrational by definition

All its about when you're looking down from balcony or if you are on the bridge etc. Being inside on the 160 floor it's ok. But when you go outside on the balcony that's scares me. As Michael.
Plane is secure unless it crashes, these balconies are about thigh height and rickety

I'm begining to think that rich people are overly obsessed with money. You can't take it with so what's the point after you reach a certain amount? You can only live in one house and drive one car at a time. I don't have much money but sometimes I genuinely feel sorry for money obsessed rich people.

I can't imagine someone is going there. There is no private space, the whole city could see you. The paintings on the wall are scary, especially the one in the bedroom. It's not good for partying, because a drunk person can fall off easily. And why do you have so much bed on the balcony, if you only have 3 bedrooms? I wouldn't feel good myself there. And too expensive! It's interesting how some people have so much money and from that money, how many people could live a better life.

Idk why you would want to live in an apartment in a residential sprawl like LA. New York, Boston, San Francisco, Chicago all these are cities made to work around a pedestrian city center where everybody is in tall apartments but not LA. You still cannot walk to anything so might as well buy a house if you are still driving places.

For the people saying it's odd he is afraid of lower heights while being a pilot... I am terrified of low heights (around 1000 ft. and below), but anything above that doesn't scare me at all. I think it's because you can no longer see the ground and grasp exactly how high you are, the lack of detail just somehow makes it much less scary for me. I too have a love for flying, and never during any flights have I ever been scared.

The wine cooler was turned off that’s also why it was so hot inside that penthouse since all the AC wasn’t working and also the wine room was locked so it could re-cool. That’s why it was stuck at 73° and normally it’s supposed to be like 39-59°

Nice white penthouse, I like the paintings of Jack Nicholson, Madonna, and Michael Jackson. I like the toilet with the city view. I like the master bedroom, the living room, and the big terrace. I think this $50,000 a month apartment is rented by corporations for their VIP clients and top-performing employees.
