Just did Emerald Lake at RMNP! It was beautiful. Not overly challenging, but not easy, either, due to the altitude. We liked it because we felt like it gave us a lot of what Rocky has to offer. Definitely agree with this recommendation!
Thanks for another great video. If you ever go back to Indiana Dunes, I think all you would really need is one great experience to change your mind about it. I've had so many there that it's hard to even pick one, but I also live close to it and go several times every month. The West Beach complex of trails does have a lot of diversity, as you mentioned; in particular, the view from the inner stairs at Dune Succession Trail is impressive. To me, though, it's hard to beat horseback riding at Glenwood Dunes in late September or early October; at that time, you will see oaks, maples, cottonwoods, beeches, and sassafras with leaves of reds, oranges, yellows, greens and browns; a myriad of prairie grasses of creams and golds; and ferns of blues and greens...not to mention countless migrating birds. I think you nailed the best thing to do at New River Gorge. I loved Long Point Trail when I went close to peak fall, particularly for the colors of those trees. Even without binoculars, you can see the rafters on the river and the scale of the vehicles on the bridge from the edge of those rocks is kind of mind-blowing. It is more panoramic than Grandview and has more diversity than Endless Wall.
Yellowstone is my favorite park(been to 47 and I stay at most several days when I go). My favorites at Yellowstone are Lone Star Geyser and Grand Geyser.
This and part one are definitely two of your best videos yet! Thank you for this because I was planning to go on a trip to a bunch of National parks and this definitely gives me an idea of to do in each one
As someone who lives about 50 minutes from Kings Canyon, I agree it is very underrated! The hike to Mist Falls in Kings Canyon is one of the absolute best and most beautiful hikes I have ever done. The views, the creeks and rivers, and the falls are unreal! Especially this upcoming spring of 2023 with all the snow pack we have gotten.
Hello Eric, another great video as usual. What is your plan for American Samoa? I'm aiming to wrap up my final 13 parks by my 50th in July. On a road trip now making the rounds in the East. Aiming for American Samoa this Christmas. Cheers!
Hi, just saw the news! Congrats on plans for 63. Maybe my comment above helped encourage it sooner, lol. I'll be there in two weeks in case that's when you're going!
Thanks for watching. Subscribe for more content including back-to-back uploads in the coming days.

I’m glad you enjoyed the trail. It is a wonderful place.
Long point trail is good for sunrise and sunset! And the white water rafting is the best in the States, especially the Gauley river!

Doing it right now. Having a great time.

I’m happy you enjoyed them. Thank you for your comment.
I’m at Indiana Dunes right now. Just got done seeing Mt. Baldy.
Nice!
Kings Canyon - the Ray Lakes region is probably one of the most scenic areas in all of the parks. But it’s out there… way out
That definitely sounds like it’s right up there with Zumwalt Meadow.
Great video; thanks for the effort.

It is definitely beautiful.
The best thing at Redwoods is hiking James Irvine trail that connects to Fern Canyon.
Great video. Thank you!
Pretty confident that the best things in Sequoia are either Crescent Meadows and Mt. Whitney
Best thing to do in North cascades. Hike sourdough mountain

I hope you love American Samoa. I hope to potentially get there next year, but no guarantees.

Hello Eric was great to run into you in American Samoa! I sent a few photos to your dad's Facebook via messenger if you want them!
Best thing to do in Indiana dunes: go home
The true answer
Touring the steel mill next door is another option… The sunrise is awesome over there. 🤫
