His all the music videos are amazing but this one is very special for me. I can't stop to watch his cheeky and handsome smile, sympathetic and charismatic gazes to the camera while he leaves the phone booth. Also the only song that pumps me up on my way to work in the early mornings. ❤
I love how the only English words are "Hello, Vienna Calling!", and "Tuscon Arizona, Toronto Canada". LOL!!! Love Falco! Poor thing met an unfortunate early demise after fearing he would always be a 'one-hit wonder'. Trust us, Falco, you may have only had a few hits, but to us, those hits are gold, and we are thankful for them.
Our local radio station at the time actually gave his version of Der Commisar equal airtime. I liked his video version better than After The Fire’s. I count at least 3 hit songs in America so he shouldn’t have been worried about being a one hit wonder.

Kein Einspruch! 💪👍
Well ahead of his time. Once read that a favourite restaurant of his in Vienna has a table permanently 'reserved' for him. Hope that is still true. Nice touch. Rest in peace Falco.
Der tiefgründigste, charmanteste, schönste, intelligenste, ehrlichster Künstler. Bis heute. Niemand kommt an Falco ran ❤
This guy was a genius....
His all the music videos are amazing but this one is very special for me. I can't stop to watch his cheeky and handsome smile, sympathetic and charismatic gazes to the camera while he leaves the phone booth. Also the only song that pumps me up on my way to work in the early mornings. ❤
Yes, you’re right.
Thank you for your kind words.
It’s a pleasure meeting you.
NOSTALGIE...PERFEKTION...
DAS IST DIE BESTE BESCHREIBUNG VON FALKO UND SEINER MUSIK...💛💛💛
Dude was born with perfect pitch and it shows. What a bangin tune. RIP Falco
I used to listen to falco when I was in high school, now I'm close to finishing college and I still enjoy his songs. Rest in piece you legend.
You should get a load of the B-side. He did a fantastic job of detailing some key locations of the city.
Don't forget: @2:13 -2:21 "oh oh ooohh....Operator! So alone am I! oh oh ooohhh Operator, need you to come tonight" I love this part. :)
Up and down ;)
he was never a one hit wonder. He has some other succesful songs you should check them out.
Our local radio station at the time actually gave his version of Der Commisar equal airtime. I liked his video version better than After The Fire’s. I count at least 3 hit songs in America so he shouldn’t have been worried about being a one hit wonder.
Toronto Canada….incredible. What a banger
There’s only one FALCO! He was unique! 🤩
I was crazy for the beat of this song back in the 80's.Falco has a special place in the music of my heart. He was gone too soon!.
I was crossing the finishing line of my first Marathon when "Vienna calling" was playing. Sweet memories 🏃♀🤩

@Gabriel Schneidergruberdoch teilweise
@Gabriel Schneidergruber doch eigentlich schon

Toronto, Canada. He knew his geography
Wow! 😐
Don't forget Phoenix, Arizona.
his cockiness and charisma will always be some of the hallmarks of his talent and lasting fun for all his fans. i think, if he'd have lived, his come back would have been Fee-NOM-in-alll.
just one of many artists that the world saw leaving us with a wish that we'd had more time with them.
Man, I heard Falco since 10. Today I have 51 and continues loved his musics. 80 s the best years.
