I been die hard AEW fan since day one, forever will be with AEW and professional wrestling! but throughout the short few years of AEW existence. I thought Hobbs would be first african world champion, or when Keith Lee came in, same thing, but when you came in and then this new energy, attitude you brought once you came to AEW I was like, yup, Swerve is going to be first African champion. Just felt it and here you are. and to the haters of you, haters of AEW, let them hate, they will miss out on the best company, the special moments of this amazing company and those haters will never amount to anything, and even the ones that are in pro wrestling, in the wrestling internet community, to casual fans that put AEW down, let them cry a river because we will be the best and move on to bigger, better things and we will do it together as a diehard fan of AEW and follow along with you all in AEW 100% and dynasty is here! what is next for Swerve? lets bring all the casual fans in, all the sports teams in, all the true fans of sports in AEW, and most importantly, keeping all the politics BS out of AEW! because like in all sports, once it gets political, it kills the sport! Swerves run is so fuckin legit! I watched his match for #1 contendership like 2 weeks ago, it was sooo good. It was also my first full AEW episode and I like what they do differently.

Beautiful. Well done lad. Done everything in wrestling and now the face of the company. They keep bashing AEW, and AEW keep coming up with something new for them to hate. The current WWE champ was made a star in AEW. The next women's champ was made in AEW. Swerve will be a huge hit as champ for AEW.
I started noticing swerve Strickland a little bit before 2024 ended when he was turning heel in his tag team. After that I've watched him rise and even though he's a Heel. He achieved the classic Great Heel Professionals. His talent his passion his Raw Honesty, and his Love for his Own Culture is out standing. As a white Caucasian make. Everyone should be proud of their heritages. He deserves this time.
