This is also how Indians have slowly started to speak in English. Twenty or so years ago, when Indians started using the Internet and mobile phones, there was no widespread support of Unicode for Indian languages. So Indians started to use English/Latin script to write their languages when using tech. This made using English words easier. So slowly we switched to using English when writing and switch to our own languages when speaking. Now, English has creeped into our spoken languages too. Now we consider English easier to use as India is very diverse (grand scale Arunachal Pradesh). This is good as long as we don't completely stop using our native languages. As you said, many Indian languages are on the verge of going extinct. We must try to prevent that.
Wow! It's a super interesting topic for the linguists. "Nāmā do" is probably a mix-up version of Assamese and Hindi. Even in Bengali we say "nāmiye dao"/ in local dialect "nāmāiya deu" Again, it also shows how a dialect gets generated within less than 60 years.

As someone who is interested in languages,I feel sad the local native languages are becoming extinct faster. My mother tongue is Hindi but still I feel that expansion of Hindi language at the cost of extinction of local languages is undesireable and at many extent it is painful too. Because language itself is not just a means of communication but also carries the history, culture, food habits and lot more with it. When I say language,it includes dialects too. So,when a language disappears,it is like that part of whole history, culture, folk stories and songs everything disappears. There should be a way out to slow down the speed of language extinction. I said 'slow down' because it is natural process that the language giving you wider exploration scope will take over the one with 'lesser' scope. I think first of all, people should take pride in speaking and knowing mother tongue and dialect. Secondly, the documentation of the language and literature part has to be done to preserve and conserve. Thirdly, the 'main' language speaker has to broaden the mindset and appreciate the other language. If not gonna try to learn it,atleast appreciate who is speaking rather than frowning upon that. I would also like to suggest you to cover different languages and dialect as the contents on cloud never disapper. It may help someone in future who wants to revive it. The revival of forgotten languages or extincting language is possible if people put effort collectively. Although a daunting task but possible. Good luck to you!

Its lovely to see Hindi as a common language there but govt shoud try to preserve our regional languages too. Those languages are also part of our India
Love you Arunachal Pradesh ❤
From: Uttar Pradesh
Mujhe Arunachali hindi accent bhot ❤cute/achcha lagta hai ☺️

Bharat desh ki koi rastriya bhasa nahi hai
One year later UA-cam algorithm decided to recommened this video to everyone, not disapointed.
Your Accent of Hindi is quite impressive and similar to North Indian Hindi Accent....

It's good Arunachal Pradesh people joined Indian Mainstream through Hindi
Badhiya hai hindi desh ko jorane vali bhasha hai i am from bihar
Very interesting and informative video ! The fact that 'more than 90% of people from Arunachal Pradesh speak Hindi' was totally unknown to me. Thanks for enlightenment.
But very sad their mother tongue is extinct

Great brother...that's the beauty of our languages. An avg Person would understand and speak three to five languages. That's the power. I belong to Odisha but apart from mother tongue I can understand & speak marathi, gujarati, bengali and of course hindi & english.
Arunachal people's are so kind hearted and patriotic. ❤
My first language is not hindi , I alawys speak my native language in my hometown but when I go outside of my city I speak Hindi 🙏 it's a language of communication its not imposition 🙏
Fantastic brother. Hindi love every language
Why this video is getting recommended to so many people recently after 1 year
Yeah same doubt😂

That's what i noticed too. Most of the comments are from last 5-6 hours to 20 minutes ago. UA-cam randomly decides to boom a creator's video 😂.

Kya baat kar rahe ho abhi toh Arunachal me hindi ka gaane nikal rahe hai suno toh.. gazab 😍
Older generation in Nagaland resented Hindi because of Independent movement. But now things changed and many understand broken Hindi, while some kids are learning well by wayching Hindi cartoons on TV.😅.

Its nice to see, Arunachali and Hindi go hand in hand. Both Languages are intermixed for convenience, its very good.
Never Ever Forget your mother-tongue for the respect of any OTHER LANGUAGE.

Mother language, in modern era only global language suit for people not local language.
Diversity is like a zoo, monkey can't goes in giraffe cage, dear can't go in lion cage😂😂.
So we need one common animal who can visit in every case without fear.
Hindi is the one not Odia or my mother tongue also.
@@Junckies_Video so why you wrote this in english because you know that english is more important then Hindi I'm not saying we should speak english instead of english we should learn whatever language we need but always our mother tongue is first

The best part is that there is hardly any accent. A little up and down in grammar is totally fine, we can understand each other.
Oh no ! One more accent and grammar guru,😂😂😂😂😂
