Lol...the cat!!! I don't need any new filters, but I'm going to check these out. The ability to perform filter cleaning alone makes it very intriguing.
I have both the shark pro 900 and the eko space 300 from sicce... Absolutely a killer filter.... Waaay more efficient than eheim... And way less expensive... Really recommend it.... Thanks for the review 🙏🙏
Came to see the review and bought the 900 from ur site. John I love you’re reviews, you sold me. I’m not a cat person but glad you didn’t edit him out. Pretty funny. Take care brother.
I am all good with filters currently but very nice product and great demo. I do believe Carl is subtly saying "man, aren't you done yet" by the twitching of his tail..lol. We love Carl and he should continue to be in all your videos!
Getting a new 60 gallon might have to try this! Also wanted to say went down from Dover PA to house of tropicals the other week and it was so so worth it! Thank you guys for promoting and showing them so much!
Finally!,,,, my ignorance always thought you were saying "cj" filters lol. Now seeing the packaging next to you "sicce" makes a lot more sense. Looks like a decent little filter.
Late comment: this is the video that convinced me to try this filter out and I have had no regrets ever since. I've ordered several more from yall and will probably ordering more in the future thanks to M.T.S. Thank you for the review of this filter.
Nice filter design. If I had big tanks, (mine are all nano) I would give it a try. You have the cutest assistant ;) I had to watch the entire video, even though my aquariums are all 10 gallons and under. Great demo, btw. But I really just wanted to see what Carl was up to. LOL!
Hi, John, I have two of these (a 700 and a 900), and I got one for my husband’s tank, and you’d think I’d given him a car, he’s so excited. These things are awesome, so thanks!
HI Carl ( cat) . Yes, I know your name is John 🤣 I got mine yesterday and am going to start trial today. Hmmmm Will I like it better than Tidal? I see pros and cons for both. I miight order other sizes if I can. I can actually see where these could replace my Fluvals. Operating within the tank is HUGE. No hoses, no HOB... BTW. I love seeing your fish again!
Great video. Obviously a new advanced filter system available to our hobby. I'm sure other manufacturers are disecting one in some clandestine laboratory hidden underground somewhere. Watch for spies in the woods! Thank you.
Sicce really sat down and thought this design through, it looks amazing, and the magnets. Internal filter users are foaming at the mouth with these features. As an internal filter user, decades of suction cups, and messing about with fluval U3 was a nightmare and it's release broke over time, eheim isn't too bad and running 2 of them, but now I'm going to move to the sicce 900 as it uses 3 watts less too. Its engineering at it's finest. Well done Sicce,
Nice filter and a good replacement for the one that came with the 30 gallon. Not sure if it would blow the betta around the 10. Glad to see you had Carl keeping you in line. Stay out of the house Coral! Name the paraphrased reference. 😸
👍😎 Looks like a Borg ship. Magnets are a great addition. If I get new tank after moving, gonna look into that. I’m really liking your new way of filming/editing John. 🖖
Got my two pro 900 filters in the mail this evening!! and I’m stoked 😁to get em set up this weekend. It was so much fun playing with the whole thing learning how it all goes. Together. Carl is fabulous in all his mcfluffiness. Love his autograph nibbles on the boxes as well 😂😂. Thank you for being awesome and the super fast shipping. Great content as always.
Perfect thumbnail!! You were right, that wall makes a great background- don't have time to watch the video right now ( setting up to smoke some Boston-butt on the grill) but that thumbnail grabbed my attention and I had to comment- more later after I watch the video 😎
Got my Shark Pro 500 preorder in the mail a few days ago for my 20 gallon long. Took me every bit of three minutes to get this filter going! I took my bio media out of my other filter and replace the middle sponge so I didn't spike my parameters. You're exactly right...this filter is a game changer!! My only concern is it my be too powerful/too big for my ten gallon tanks. Thoughts on that? Oh, you need more Carl in future videos too
You know what’s wild, all any tanks need is an air pump and sponge filter. The more I look into breeders and fish stores etc. all they use is sponge filters (for the most part) and yes we have mts but you can use literally 1 pump for multiple tanks
I have the ATV filter it's really good if u put the suction cups right it's no problem and it never stick off price was good....so no complaints. About the air I actually don't use it with that setting I have separate pump and in that way I save also my propeller.
i Got one of these and i like it but don´t be surprised, they clogg super fast due to the small intake where the sponge is placed right behind so the water can not go around the whole spongen! The good thing with this thou is that it makes it fry safe, maybe shrimp babys can be drawn in by the sucktion....
I own the Shark ADV. I really like the spray bar on this. However, I am a little unsure about the small media boxes. I liked the ADV because I could layer my filter material (coarse grain sponage it came with, mini fine grain from an aqua clear, filter floss, and a couple of mini bio rings). With this setup I only clean it every 3 months or so and it made the water crystal clear. I think it would feel like a box filter with a power head (which I used a lot in the past but hated because of having to repack media all the time) One thing that I would like to see if they fixed is the seals. There was a small gap in the front where the media connected and a pretty big gap between the motor housing and the shield of the ADV that small fish and fry could get stuck in --- had to stick some polishing pads in them to prevent that.
I have a couple of the Seachem by Siccie Tidal filters (55 & 35), and one thing that strikes me is the design. Yeh, they're about AU$20-30 more expensive than an average hang-on filter, but the design on them makes up for it. Every aspect is so well thought out. I was going to buy a Siccie Shark ADV, but I think I'll wait for the Pro to reach Australia after watching this.
I totally learned that reading directions is key when I got my fluval fx4🥴just got it 2 days ago but I'm currently using the prime tube it comes with as my return and didn't realize you cut the long black hose they provide🥴🥴🥴I feel so dumb
Bought a shark yesterday, they didn't have the pro😢 I'll be getting the pro next! I have and old submersible with the sponge in the bottom compartment does 800 l an hour draws from the sides and the bottom. It works better than my new shark adv.
probably going to get one for the dead spot in my 54 gal , that suction cup higer sponge filter he sells kind of sucks its not working at all floating debris just goes right by it not getting picked up and the bubbles make a lot of noise
Ordered! I'm getting tired of having my Hygger double-sponge getting clogged up every week. Also this looks like it can fit at least 4 times the bio media. Let's see if it lives up to the hype.
Hi John. Looks like a great product. Other reviewers agree with you as well. I'll be setting up a 37 gal soon. The 500's top end is 37 gallons. Do you think it is advisable to go with the 700 for my 37 gal ?
Is there an alternative mounting bracket? Magnets are cool but I have a 55 mounted in a cabinet where theres probably enough space to fit the magnet behind it but there’s a top frame where I really can’t even angle the magnet to get back there. I have a 20 mounted in another cabinet with the adv that’s great but wanted the shark pro for the 55 Assuming there’s no alternative but figured I’d ask thanks 🤙
*You can order your SHARK PRO here* :bit.ly/3bLHp9F
The thumb nail!!! 🤣
What the biggest bag filter csn I use?
Came for the filter, stayed for the kitty
🐈
Came for the filter, did not stay for the filter
That's what he said
You guys need too make a video of how to get the most out of this filter like if adding anything or best set up etc… would be a good video
Its the same formula with every filter so rather redundant.
Carl is the best co presenter. Love him. He made the filter ever better. Do more videos with him please
The videos come out so nicely in the new building! Happy for you guys!
We definitely need more Carl content. What a cutie! And he's the perfect reviewer showing how easy the shark is to use even with big distractions
Don't listen to him Carl! You elevated the video's comedy/cuteness! 😻😻
Lol...the cat!!! I don't need any new filters, but I'm going to check these out. The ability to perform filter cleaning alone makes it very intriguing.
Nice to see that I'm not the only one with a helper kitty. 🤣
I love the "skippety pap" to the face that Carl gave John at the end 🤣
I have both the shark pro 900 and the eko space 300 from sicce... Absolutely a killer filter.... Waaay more efficient than eheim... And way less expensive... Really recommend it.... Thanks for the review 🙏🙏
Carl was not amused at 9:05 into the video lol amazing video like always
I loved it when the cat was biting the box 😃 . I don't need a filter but it does look good with all the magnets used. Well done Sicce
Carl loves you john!!!
Got mine from you yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!!!! GAME CHANGER!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!! will be buying more I purchased the 900 from you guys😁
I just got my shark thanks for the quick response and I just love it so do my fish.
Came to see the review and bought the 900 from ur site. John I love you’re reviews, you sold me. I’m not a cat person but glad you didn’t edit him out. Pretty funny. Take care brother.

Great info....mine will be here this coming week!! Whoop whoop!

This is the one, this review was so eagerly anticipated. I like the whole setting, the bench and the tanks behind you. More like this please 🥰
The suttle almost laugh when Carl lifts his leg to cleam himself for a moment. Priceless haha @15:28
Hi, John, I have two of these (a 700 and a 900), and I got one for my husband’s tank, and you’d think I’d given him a car, he’s so excited. These things are awesome, so thanks!
I love my ADV 400 (bought it from your site) it keeps my tank so clean. I would love to get the pro for my bigger tanks! Thanks for the review
HI Carl ( cat) . Yes, I know your name is John 🤣

Thats a killer filter wow easy to maintain super cool . Great content 👍..

Can we get Carl on the website too? 🤣 Been loving seeing him hang out in videos lately

The walking dead?

Nice review , I like the new features & improvements 😎 Might have to pick up a few Shark Pro 500 units for my nano tanks 😀
I love the poly behind your left shoulder.
The 500 and 700 are backordered already! Bought my 900 to try out on my 40 breeder. Thanks!
I wasn't kidding when I said they wont last long:-) Thanks for the order, you're gonna LOVE this thing!!
Love the thumbnail :P
Got my two pro 900 filters in the mail this evening!! and I’m stoked 😁to get em set up this weekend. It was so much fun playing with the whole thing learning how it all goes.

I have a question about the shark filter 🤔 pro 900
Does it work for a 75 gallon tank
Perfect thumbnail!! You were right, that wall makes a great background- don't have time to watch the video right now ( setting up to smoke some Boston-butt on the grill) but that thumbnail grabbed my attention and I had to comment- more later after I watch the video 😎
your cat is an absolute UNIT
Great video, Carl. Honorable mention to your associate producer, John😄. This really does look like a great filter.
Love this filter & Carl 😻 Reminds me of our cat Buddha. Definitely wanting to order one. 👏👍👍
Free Cat with every order?! I LOVE Carl! He's a star!
Can’t wait for mine to come in this week :)
John sounds like us teachers when there is a kid doing something crazy xD we just ignore for the most part and move on with the lesson lmao
The spray bar is beyond amazing, definitely buying it now!
Hi great review it sounds good. You're cat was the star of the show he is very cute.
Thanks for posting.
Wish I could give two 👍🏻👍🏻 one for the vid and one for Carl 😸

Oh, you need more Carl in future videos too
I just bought the 500 from your site since the tank is about a 40 gallon. One of those odd size tanks. Thank you for a great product.
Carl stole the show,he's adorable 🐾🐱🐾
Love the small business vibe in your videos. Most would not allow the light harted feel in a product review.
That spray bars a good idea, i like it! 🙌
I'm so jelly of that Oscar and Severum and Bichir tank
This was hilarious! Thanks, Carl. 😺
Great bit of kit
Excited to try it! Love Carl!!!
ordered mine can't wait toget it.
Great review! As I easily get fascinated by things, you had me at the spraybar!
Also, Carl is adorable 😍
That was supposed to be a secret for next weeks video:-)
@@KGTropicals Oh!! I'm so sorry 😆😅 Removed that sentence just in case somebody else reads it too 😉
They knocked it out of the park with this filter especially the spray bar feature
Great information. You should be a teacher with your own Saturday morning class.
Sounds like a great filter.

I’m loving the new place! Definitely have to order one of these bad boys
I just watched a video about a filter I have zero interest in just for the chance that Carl might make a Cameo appearance! ;) wasn't disappointed. >^^
Carl is your straw boss keeping an eye on you. Cool Cat, that Carl.
awwr :( I liked the shape of the old one, made it different
Just heard of these. Too late for 60g, but may on 20g. Thx!
Great video, and i love the cat!!
Carl is welcome in all your presentations! Is this filter shrimp and fry safe?
I have the ATV filter it's really good if u put the suction cups right it's no problem and it never stick off price was good....so no complaints. About the air I actually don't use it with that setting I have separate pump and in that way I save also my propeller.
My Pro just arrived, already in my 20g....ready to see it do it's thing!!
Nice video like always Sensei!

YOURE KILLING ME WITH THE OFFICE CLIPS
Oh boy, this changes everything!

Lol I loved the that’s what she said 😂
My wife was able to order one for me and it arrived today!!!
I love your co-host!!
Good pitch!
Loving Carl joining in on the video
I love Caryl ❤
"Dead Nutz Silent" haha .. looks like a must have filter for sure though
I totally learned that reading directions is key when I got my fluval fx4🥴just got it 2 days ago but I'm currently using the prime tube it comes with as my return and didn't realize you cut the long black hose they provide🥴🥴🥴I feel so dumb
Make Carl a guest star and have him comment with his expressions that would be funny😂
Thats such a great idea 🤣
Man, I just got two of the other ones, now I want the pro :)

The cat 100% earned my subscription. Please give him a treat on me.
I'm going to set up fx6 with spray bar that's 3/4th length of a 75 gallon tank. Would it be overkill to use the Shark Pro in conjunction with the fx6?
Ordered! I'm getting tired of having my Hygger double-sponge getting clogged up every week. Also this looks like it can fit at least 4 times the bio media. Let's see if it lives up to the hype.

Very nice, ... when will they design a filter we can add poly fil , carbon, and decent sponges...separate or all at once.
Great vid john lisa and new youtube star carl lol can you fit more cartridge on the 500 or is the motor not strong enough?
Does Carl get paid for his wonderful performance 😆
