Hi there!
I did a lot of cooking at home this week. I tried some recipes for the first time like Canadian poutine. I ate this dish in Montreal with hot dogs and mushrooms and it was so tasty. I think the key is to melt the cheese curds a bit so they are gooey. I hope you can try it some day.
