His emergence as more of a main character after Season 5 is actually one of the reasons I don't feel the show drops off as much in later years as most people seem to think.
A sale is a sale. For game shows that you get cars from you do-I think-sign a waver saying you won’t sell the car for a certain amount of time after taking possession of it. Dwight and Andy never had said waver. Dwight was perfectly in his right to sell it for how ever much he chooses to sell it for
Dwight probably acts exactly like that every time he buys something from anybody, Dwight looks out for Dwight. Andy needs to look out for Andy. If I thought Dwight was my friend, and he started that pressure routine, no deal immediately.
Look, I know Michael is Michael. But Stanley has some nerve acting the way he does when Michael really asks very little of him. He really lets Stanley get away with a lot that most bosses wouldn't but whenever he's asked to participate he gets rude and disrespectful about it. Michael could just as easily tell him "no more crossword puzzles during meetings" and there wouldn't be a thing Stanley could say about it.
if you are associated with a salesman the calibur of Dwight Shrute and you're selling a car, you should absolutely offer him a commission to sell your car. Tell him what the base price you need for it is and that he can keep 80% of the profit over what you need. This is especially true if you are Andy.
Its not the buyers responsibility for the seller to have all the information about what they're selling. Andy should've know better and also have a backbone. You guys are looking at the whole friend thing. Its should be strictly business and it's your own fault for getting your feelings hurt. Which is probably why you shouldn't loan friends money or go into business with them in the first place 😂
Finally someone with a proper take about this lol. Usually the saying is "Buyer beware" as in usually the the buyer is the one getting swindled. Andy was the seller and STILL got swindled. Andy literally held all the power in the situation and still got duped.
I get that people didn't like how Michael handled Stanley with the fake firing, and after that Stanley was right to tell him off. That being said, Michael started off in the right when he tried to get his employee to participate in a office meeting. Stanley was in the middle of a meeting, doing a crossword puzzle instead of actually working. Michael was even told by HR he had the option of firing Stanley before the fake firing, but didn't want to do that to him. Stanley may not respect Michael, but Michael still let him keep his job.
Stanley is full of garbage he loves Michael,he loves that he can take it easy at work and got use to Michaels antics and honestly he would be a completely different Stanley if he has a serious normal boss,Stanley would be more grumpy and a top salesman like Dwight .in an episode where we see Michael almost leave permanently Stanley greets him as a friend tells him he missed him ,like I said if Stanley had a different boss he wouldn't be the guy we know I think he has it good working a job almost retired and isn't being helicoptered by his boss to bring his production up sometimes you just need a worker who can keep a steady pace thats Stanley 🤷🏽🤷🏽
The episode we get makes it seem like average Michael handing of a situation as well as people's reactions but if you see the deleted scenes, its very different Michael does try to handle it reasonably before the fake firing but Stanley won't listen (kind of gives reason for real firing) and the rest of the office is actualy supportive agreeing that Stanley went too far
Pat is a fucking enigma lmfao He’s sometimes so composed and knowledgeable about things, other times I wonder how the hell he got a job as HR He’s literally a cross between his exceptionally groomed beard and his erratic hair 😂 love him

8:39 finally Pat says something reasonable
I cannot wait for you guys to watch the season's finale
I remember Stanley everytime my games stutter.
Intense Episode! 🔥🔥🔥
Stanley may not respect Michael but you respect the position, not the man/woman
Dwight definitely swindled andy and i don't see how its a debate
if you are associated with a salesman the calibur of Dwight Shrute and you're selling a car, you should absolutely offer him a commission to sell your car.
Bruh I binged through like 5 or 6 series on this channel never noticed the mics in front of y’all thought u was wearin one
12:24 what did she said? Lol
15:03 As voiced in my previous comment, no more sympathy for Toby.
Wish the rest of the group could hear over suraj talking
BUT I'M SO FUNNY BECAUSE I'M LOUD RIGHT GUYS
@@Vendrix86 thank you.
Time stamp?
@@Tweek08 it's constant.
29:43 want his balls to do what
I don't trust Pat. 😂
Stanley gives zero Fs😂
the way everyone has to make snide responses in regards to pat's comments says it all tbh
the gang advise is appropriate since Stanley grew up on the ghetto
The episode we get makes it seem like average Michael handing of a situation as well as people's reactions but if you see the deleted scenes, its very different
Michael does try to handle it reasonably before the fake firing but Stanley won't listen (kind of gives reason for real firing) and the rest of the office is actualy supportive agreeing that Stanley went too far
Pat is a fucking enigma lmfao
He’s sometimes so composed and knowledgeable about things, other times I wonder how the hell he got a job as HR
He’s literally a cross between his exceptionally groomed beard and his erratic hair 😂 love him
Where's futurama???
