- Testing all my L-Mount Lenses on the Lumix S9.
Lumix S 14-28mm f/4-5.6
Lumix S 50mm f/1.8
Sigma 24mm f/2 DG DN Contemporary
Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art
Laowa Nanomorph 35mm T2.4 (SIlver)
Laowa Nanomorph 65mm T2.4 (SIlver)
The overview shot of the lenses and S9 is shot on the Lumix GH7, with the Pansonic Leica 9mm f1.7
There is no color grade as I find grading these tests not very helpful to see the color rendition and quality of the lens and sensor imaging.
Everything on the S9 was shot on V-Log, at ISO640 with a variable shutter so that the lens optics don't change, but the image is properly exposed under the same lighting conditions.
Color management in Davinci Resolve converts the input color space of V-Log to Rec709 Gamma 2.4
This is the frist time I'm doing something like this and I actually really enjoy the process and also the results. Let me know if you're interested to see a specifc set of tests like this, and I'd be happy to do a quiet video showcasing the Real-world operation of whatever I own. :)
