i love use of hyperpop in kpop i just wish more groups used it as a sound for their promotional tracks/title tracks instead of random one off bside that goes forgotten most of the time

one major difference between popular hyperpop and kpop is the vocal treatment - hyperpop experiments a lot more with vocal pitching, chopping etc (like in supernatural in this video) whereas nearly all of the songs here have fairly standard vocal mixing. they are also generally just pretty tame relative to hyperpop so 😭😭😭😭
