Erik Morales had to run, complain and kept ducking his head until the dude pushed down on Eriks head and got a point taken away. In my eyes Erik did all these things and still got lucky to avoid getting really embarassed.

Was a great fight. The first time (don’t know if it’s the only time anymore) where Pac-Man was beat on American soil. The last round where he switched his stance deliberately just to prove to himself he was better. And I love Pacquiao, but I hate how they diminish Erik by solely bringing up the next two fights… as if they invalidate the first. Either way, Erik is my favorite boxer ever and only came alive when he was really getting hit. So many wars he fought throughout his career. Even at the end, he beat Maidana imo.

And I don’t care if he “lost the round”, he won the fight and he knew he was the fight and that’s why he did it. It was the cherry on top.
