Q1. Why didn't he continue with coaxial syatem he originally started with, given it saves 10 % energy lost to tail rotor Q2. Given he & in turn Bell corporation used flybar to tacle severe stability challenge, how Sikorsky handled this challenge as we never find flybars on Sikosky machines

Indeed I was wondering exactly the same. Alot of new helicopter don't use a bar at all.
