11:27 WTF GAME?!!?! I finally decided to finish this game after 9 years and stuck in this part but seriously wtf? How the hell am I supposed to know that there is an invisible shadow portal there? This is the first time I had to use a guide for this game... Thanks for the video you saved me after 6 years later lol.
2 Years later, the game show us a portal in that area, when we go to the other tower we should think there must be a portal, except the game doesn't explain this at all, its a shame and quite tricky. The worst part is the crash in the ntsc version of the game.
Thank you for making this extremely helpful guide. I enjoyed all of the games' towers, but I found these two and the Truegold Tower to be frustrating for different reasons. In the Truegold Tower, for some reason the devs decided to change the controls so that when you're hanging on ledges in some rooms, you automatically let go and fall as if you're holding down the C button, which was a huge pain in the ass. In the Dawn/Dusk towers, the devs decided that you needed to use stones in the most random, innocuous spots without leaving any sort of hint system or indication that you need to do this. They were the only towers I needed to use a guide to beat, hence why I'm here on this video. This is NES era level of bad game design: think ducking in a spot on a map for 20 seconds in Castlevania 2, or bombing a random wall that doesn't stand out at all in the first Legend of Zelda.
Playing the game now. Got stuck as well because I didn't know I had to use stones at those random spots. Like you said, no hints at all (or not like the previous ones), you just suddenly had to know =S. And to make matters worse, the game freezes sometimes when trying to go to these towers, which forces you to turn your Wii off.
This was so helpful. Thanks. Shame I had to spoil the dungeon puzzles but I was getting really frustrated with the freezing. At least I stopped the vid before the boss fight so I could do it myself. It was super fun.
It's apparently only in the North American version too. I found the best way to prevent the freezing is when you go out to the ledge to go to the towers, make sure to let the game load everything first. Pull up the list of towers and wait a full minute before going in. Doesn't work every single time, but I've had a pretty good success rate with it.
Now I understand why I couldn't finish the game , 😒 cuz there are illugical solutions you will never figure out with out a guide , if you have a logical mind that follow the maps you will never finish the game .

@@Mattotkits present in the PAL version too, if you go back to the Tower after releasing all chains theres a chance It Will crash
@@doctahwahwee5032 Interesting, I changed to the pal version and had zero issues, I had to manually copy the save in order to work with it.

Finally, after 6 years I finally came to this!
I have been playing for hours on this tower, you did it in 17 minutes, very nice.
Thank you so much for this guide!! I never would've made it through these Towers on my own! 😭
Tower of Dusk to Dawn, Zone 9, JToH, Roblox

A nintendo found it funny not fix the glitch in the downloadable version of the wii u, and in this there is no reset button xD
