That is a healing amethyst crystal. Amethysts and rose quartz crystals are my fave. Healing crystals can be used during meditation, journaling, affirmations and other healing modalities. Thanks for watching my life coach story!

Awesome, my favorite lapiz lazuli and rose quartz. I've tried amethyst in the past but it made always made me feel anxious and jittery after wearing it for more than an hour for some reason. i never knew why but I kept trying to wear it again and again. I cleansed it before even using but it never went well. idk why tho
