Also, I was wondering if in the qst regarding what drug can improve the pt's condition, ibuprofen could be another correct option, as according to FA it slows disease progression. I took my step1 on last Friday and it seemed good. I think I may not fail and finished it 2 hours earlier than scheduled. I have to say it is really a torture and my only goal was to finish it during the exam.@@RandyNeilMD
