There needs to be a designated group, Vera Pizza Romana Tonda, to champion the gustatory pleasure of true Roman, thin-crust pizza. Not pizza ai taglio, Vera Pizza Romana Tonda!!!! Many of us prefer it, but it is not easily found outside of Roma. Not sure about Barese or Chicago bar pizza, though they no doubt have their roots in VPRT!
This channel is cool....but it's always the same thing over and over....pizza dough soft and crunchy....you should diversify and not making always pizza stuff

The best not selfmade Pizza i ate in the Abruzzo. It was a quattro formaggi Rosso. Topped with Salami picante (Possible ultrathin salame ventricina) and chipola(pickled red onions). You should give it a try.
Could you also make videos about the worst pizza in town? Or failed Pizza you never should eat? 😜Maybe with a critical evaluation ! That would be great! Or come to Germany and look what we make in a „normal“ pizzeria!
Great work Vito. Have managed to smash the Neopolitan style thanks to your teaching video. I really want to nail the romana pizza as per the dude in this video. The guy mentions 50% hydration I think. Is he using the poolish method r s the dough approached differently to the Neo style? Also, a number of ingredients are mentioned in the video which I have never heard of and guess are not easy to buy in the UK but would be great to understand alternative ingredients to use. Hi Vito, we went to Seu Pizza Illuminati yesterday and I'm affraid to say we were disappointed. The flavors and toppings were really nice and special but the dough...was really really not what we expected. When the pizza arrived it was a tiny bit crunchy but mostly soft. And after 5 minutes there was nothing crunchy about it, it was just soft and spongy and quite soggy. We visit Rome very often and there are a lot better pizza's that actually ARE soft & crunchy 🙂

Getting the balance of flavors is so hard trial and error. I’ve looked on-line and what I find are Americanized creations.
