I usually dye my hair with Igora 6-12 and it gives a perfect coverage to my white hair but it's a little too dark and I would like the exact same shade just a little lighter. Could 7-12 from the Igora color 10 be a good solution for me? Will it cover the white hair as effectively?
Hello there! Color 10 is a great option for a fast coloring service. It does develop in 10-15 minutes with up to 50% Coverage when just using the Fashion Shades unlike IGORA Royal where the Fashion shades will provide you with up to 70% grey / white coverage. Another Option is mixing a combination of 6-12 + 8-11 to get you a little lighter when using Royal. Hope that this helps 💜
When mixing for a fashion shade, will a non Igora 10 fashion shade work in 10 min with a an Igora 10 neutral/double neutral? Does the fashion shade need to be an Igora 10 fashion shade?
Hello there! We recommend keeping the IGORA COLOR 10 together with the same color line. When mixed with the IGORA Royal line it can have unforeseen results since they have different technologies. So for your grey coverage formula you would need one part of a grey coverage shade with 2 parts of any of your selected Fashion Shade from COLOR 10. Hope that this helps. 💖
I’ve had 2 issues with this color…both on white hair…not course just normal to fine white hair. Second time use on client mixed 11-0 with slight amount of 9-12, 30 vol…all it did was grab lavender, didn’t do that the first time, had to color correct the roots, so yep cost me more time. Client two, used 11-0 30 volume no color deposit whatsoever. Frustrating….whats happening? The phone number on the instructions is no longer in service…I’ve called 2 other numbers for technical assistance left many messages and it’s been weeks of calls and still NO CALL BACK! I’m totally frustrated and need answers!
Hello there thank you for this feedback. For any technical questions you can always reach out to us on IG @SchwarzkopfUSA or FB at Schwarzkopf Professional USA for a quicker response as we monitor those channels everyday. Please reach out there for easier trouble shooting with this line. When trying to cover grey with any of our lines we recommended mixing 1 Part Grey Coverage shade + 2 Parts of your selected fashion shade. 11- Series in COLOR10 is a Highlift shade with no grey coverage, just to lift and a tone deposit, and we do not recommend mixing any of the other shades with them. Hope this helps and please reach out to us on the channels above for more help. ✨
Hi I wanted to make, 5-70 which seems to have been discontinued. To do this, i wanted to mix 2 part 5-77 with 1 part 5-0 but it seems they have also discontinued 5-77. Should I use 2parts 5-7 plus 1 part 5-0?
Hello there! When breaking down color theory we recommend looking at the opposite side of the color wheel from where orange is. Blue(Ash) will cancel out unwanted Orange, and blue/violet (Cendre) will cancel out and yellow in the hair. Looking at the 5-12 it's a level 5 with a Cendre Ash tone direction. Which looks like this will be a great option to use to help cancel out unwanted copper. Sometimes 2-3 steps are recommended to use a Bond Enforcing Color Remover; if the color is intense in pigment. Fill the hair and apply final color. Hope that this helps 💖💖
Hi I have a customer her hair is a processed blonde level 10 she wants to be a warm brown with some red highlights I understand that I need to use a filler I was thinking red/orange to fill hair than I wanted to use a warm brown shade either from Blondeme or Igora can you please suggest what product for filler and color. Thank you
Great question! IGORA Vibrance is great for filling and depositing on blondes going darker. We have three different Boosters you can use for depending how dark she wants to go. 0-55 is our Gold Booster great for filling levels 8-9. 0-77 Is a Copper Booster ideal for levels 6-7 and 0-88 which is our Red Booster for levels 5 and darker. You will mix them 1:1 with the 6 volume IGORA Vibrance Activator. Process for 20 minutes and then add in your final colors afterwards. Hope this helps. 💛🧡❤
@@SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA Hi I did filling on hair color came out Red/copper I am going to try Igora 6-77 + 7-57 + 6-6 to hopefully get medium alburn. What are your thoughts also mixing with 10 volume. Not to sure on how much of each tube to mix
COLOR10 matches our IGORA Royal family but delivers grey coverage in just 10 minutes! You need to be quick when applying, with the technology in COLOR10 contain more dyestuff that are in Royal and needs to be applied in about 5 min with a 10 min processing time. You can use the IGORA Royal Oil Developer with the COLOR10 line mixed 1:1. Hope this helps 💖
I'm not sure who / what is answering @ashleymathai2870 , but I don't believe it actuality answered her question. All of what you wrote is said in the video (multiple times). She has a further question, which is something I'd be interested in knowing as well. Maybe you should re-train your bot responses. Seems they are way off.
Hello there, thank you for your question! When using color to lift you can only get up to 3-4 levels of lift when using COLOR 10. So depending upon how much lift you are needing you may need to do a double process using a highlift 11- Series to gives up to 4 levels of lift, then toning at that level 4/5 to get the tone you desire. If you are needing more lift than that, a double process we'd recommend using | IGORA VARIO BLONDE | BLONDME PREMIUM 9+ | BLONDME PRECISION LIGHTENER | With their designated developers to lift to the desired level and then tone with IGORA VIBRANCE or IGORA ROYAL. Hope that this helps ✨
Going to search for Ians videos somewhere else as well. All of a sudden they have nothing but Spanish videos where they don’t even translated into English.
Hi there! We absolutely have videos in english featuring Ian on our main UA-cam page. We love sharing education with our Spansh speaking community as well. Education for all!
Schwarzkopf has gutted this formerly amazing line of color, first dropping the 7-57 gold copper, then the 7-7 copper, then 5-7 dark copper, then the 4-88 dark red, 6-88 red, 6-99 violet. Now the gold series is gone, so no more 7-5 or 5-5. The only warmth that remains in this line are two auburn golds, 8-65 and 6-65. We're left now with dark blat, medium blat, and light blat. I see the official Color 10 web page has been pulled. There are no other color lines that offer what this one did and I'm afraid it will soon be going away. My business model is based on being able to provide fast color services and these changes have a negative impact while leaving me with no comparable choices.
Thank you for explaining this! I'm more likely to try it now that I've seen more about it! Happy Holidays!
Happy holidays! 💖💖💖

That would be a brilliant combination. 5-00 would also work if the client has resistant grey/white hair. ✨
Hello, can i use - 00 of igora color10 with 0.77 of igora royal (booster) to have a fashion shade (8.77)?
