little update to getting an apple pie at 9:07 and just true dps in general there is another apple pie at the ye olde inn (roadtown hotel) if you give gros (big guy upstairs) a magnifying glass, he will shrink down and give you an apple pie for helping him (magnifying glasses are sold at the same place) the method i had shown in the video was the only one i knew of since i didn't mess around with it too much, but if you would like to try other methods there are a few others that have been left in the comments and such that may make doing this easier
extra cards i forgot to add at 5:45 there is now a secret shop in bizville...... if you go to the right of the people having a picnic you can find 4 new cards being sold for 1 tix each
They should make a card that guarantees a successful flee. I keep trying to run from the frog and it doesn't let me. it runs away, doesn't spawn in, so I have to rejoin the server for it to appear again.
for the true dps part, you dont need to use the pie to get it. if you have 3 charge cards (one on ch2 area, one from bux shop and the other from bizville card shop), baller and knight card with the 3 attack up from dynamite first strike and use 100% dynamite, you will deal exactly 12 damage. make sure to use charge before throwing the dynamite.
@@buzzyepic8312 yeah the first strike nerf made this uh.. process i guess? outdated. the baller + knight does give +1 damage, i have tested it and also the patch mentioned it. maybe you didnt have both equip.
another way to get true dps (for people that got the question for apple pie wrong)u need these cards:power stab power rush ante up knight and charge X2 AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART the iron sword then step 1: have 5 or below hp step 2: start a fight using dynamite step 3: use charge on urself (it does stack) step 5: click sword then power stab (and get the +1 dmg) and congrats u got true DPS!!!!!!!!!edit: ante up is now harder to use cuz its 20% harder now
I didn’t know that Personal Baggage allowed you to re-fight bosses, that’s super useful! (especially since I messed up my Dangerous Living badge and beat the boss without Hard Mode)
You can use actually three charge up cards,knight card,sword card (the stronger attack),iron sword needed,dynamite first strike buff for 11 dmg, so then you need any item from green peper or apple pie for dps
if you're struggling with the frog badge cuz running takes tix, js kill the frog instead and server hop, and if you have all the hard mode cards on + tix collector you'll be farming tix on the side too
Griefer > bubonic plant (i had every difficulty card on for the whole run except thick skull , griefer komodo(went back for items) sentient statue(i had ran out of items) were the hardest

not sure which one barry is, but if you have the ice dagger on your file you should be able to access west bizville with the in the cards shop. the airport is north from the train station which is where chapter 2 begins
i think true dps is achievable without apple pie! 4 damage from power stab +3 atk from dynamite strike/start +1 atk from ante up card +1 atk from knight card +2 atk from green pepper +1 atk from charge card and i think you can use tickle stick if you want since it reduces enemy defense by 3, but its kinda rare since it drops from enemies. or maybe you can stack charges, idk tho. and that (without tickle stick) totals to 12 damage. im gonna try this later (cuz im broke) to see if it works! Edit: green pepper and charge dont stack actually. so you need the iron sword and green pepper, you dont need charge

Actually doing Chapter 2 on Hard Mode (with a Baller build) took me FOREVER. It took at least 3 attempts every time I encounter a boss. And 15 for each phase of griefer! I can’t imagine the difficulty of that with Chapter 3 enemies…
I got it without apple pie, you need 2-3 charge cards, ante up, and knight. Deal the first hit on an enemy and use the charge card. you can deal 12-13 damage.
Having been scammed out of the frog badge 4, and maybe more seeing as I've written this while grinding for it, please don't ever try to get this badge BEFORE you finish your run.

I think you can get true dps by having ante up, knight, 1st strike advantage (dynamite), green pepper, and a tickle stick on an enemy with 0 defense. Also use power stab with the new sword.

@@d.chriss hey man, i managed to do it solo, took me very long. my advice is just to spam dynamites on the bosses becuz it totally ignores the bosses' defense and does quite the amount of damage
@@d.chriss sorry for the late reply, but we just threw ourselves at it until we won. but for the 2nd phase (and actual tips), just spam click/space to dodge the plant fury or the tendril attack. the bite attack you will have to normally dodge. and for acid rain you have to press dodge as soon as you see it from the top of your screen (odd timing but thats how you dodge). if you do it solo you could also attack > defend, and repeat till they are dead, or item/heal > defend

I’d did everything and I got 10, maybe because knight/baller doesn’t affect dynamite. The first strike with dynamite got nerfed to 2 I think as well.

the level cap after BEATING chapter 2 is level 12, however before chapter 2 is level 9, and before chapter 1 is level 6.
