In my opinion, midfielding is much more running. As a defender you can take more momentums to catch ur breath. As a midfielder thats more difficult because youre attacking and defending in most cases
@@galomanubrio3650 yup! From my experience forwards and defenders need more sprinting speed while midfielders need more endurance. (Of course they need both but in general)
Nothing quite so frustrating as "skying" a ball over the goal. I think there is such a thing as being able to slow the game down in your head while still playing in real time. Part of the trick is to play to the goal and not against an opponent. Knowing you have the skills to beat the defender when you are close to the goal and knowing your team mates can do the same. It becomes more of a mental game when you are in the penalty area. Your confident, deliberate ball handling can help others on your team mentally slow the game down as well in those crucial moments before the goal. Easier said than done. Thank you for the uploads.

Just seems like you are still progressing more than others.
