An old stone church - Catholic, with graveyard 2. A monastery (burnt to the ground in the mid-70's). 3. An Indian Residential School (closed 1998 and demolished) 4. A children's camp (closed previous to 1973) 5. An estate hidden behind trees immediately west of the camp 6. A fleur de lis embedded near the top of a hills near the estate 7. A chapel shrine on the hill facing the church 8. A railroad track that runs immediately next to 3, 4, 5 and 6 and 7. The estate was known to be a retreat for members of the British monarchy when they were in Canada. Fort Qu'Appelle began its life as a military fort and Hudson's Bay Trading Post.
