Kelly did everything in her power to destroy her children relationship with their father and not only did Kelly and her lawyer lied in court to get her husband Visa to revoke and Kelly disobey every court orders and she bad mouth her children father in front of her son to the point he had anxiety attacks and that one refused to hand over the children to their father and pull the same stunt three years ago which cause her to lose primary custody her children and her children have dual citizenship

But two courts in the US ruled against her having sole custody since he couldn't come to the US for visitation under their joint custody agreement that was in place. That's her fault! It's also her fault she didn't have the money to fight an international custody battle that she started. The ex was eventually awarded sole custody. I don't feel bad for her. This was her 2nd marriage. Her first husband became sick with terminal illness a few months after they married. They had even done a wedding photo shoot for In Style Magazine and by the time the issue hit the stands she'd already filed for divorce. He did an interview almost in tears after he came home and found her gone with barely a note. Karma is a bitch, baby!

She married money then she walked away from the marriage but had she not helped in deporting him the custody battle would have been on US soil.. That's her fault. Because she made it so he could not come to the US the AMERICAN courts eventually awarded him sole custody & agreed with the court where he lived. That was also her fault. This is so wrong. The court should order the father to reapply for a visa. The kids should not go out of the country from one second to another. Is the judge or anyone thinking on what's best for the children? The judge advised the father to reapply for the visa but he didn't do that. If he wanted to see the kids so badly he would apply for a visa instead of just fighting in court with lawyers.
