To a certain extent I don't really understand why it's not listed among the top free games, but I also have $0 marketing budget and reply on month propaganda. It will get there and catch even more attention on PSVR2. Maybe Meta lets me into the main store then too. Fingers crossed
@@CactusVRstudios Maybe people look at the graphics and think it's a meme game or something. Sometimes first impressions can be that shallow. That being said, I like the graphics they're unique and they allow you to create large worlds and release new entries quickly.
@@some1stoleit Probably, but the concept of playing a Cactus is also quite weird and probably not appealing to everyone. It will get there! Each day, the game gains more players and the reviews speak for themself. At some point, someone with a large audience will pick it up or when it releases on PSVR2. We'll see, I'm optimistic.
Just played through Cactus Cowboy plants at war on the PlayStation VR2. It was amazing and I've been telling people about it who have VR2. One question though! Why is it free?! How can I support you to be a full time game developer when the game is free! I will definitely be playing all of your games in the future as this is the best experience I had on VR. Full campaign like any game you'd play on console but with the added benefit of VR. 10/10 experience, was not expecting this when I saw the images on the store.
Make a free play mode where you can go into any level and turn off damage cause I like sandbox put it on quest. I like the portal game to. It is really cool just like the real portal.
immediately after this presentation i jumped right into plants at war. this was a really good presentation, and I for one am excited to see what happens in 2023. also at 10:45, it says there is a playable alpha on quest and pcvr, do you mean we can play a bit of desert warfare? if so, how do we get to it?
This is an internal alpha. So essentially the work-in-progress version. Nothing I can actually publish as it has too many flaws and is unfinshed. The thing about a story driven game is, that I cannot post and share lots of gameplay or scenes as it would spoiler way too much :( But there will either be a demo or a free trail and play at some point.
