DevBlog: New Menu style, Options and some parts of Cacti Town with NPCs

- What I learned from Plants At War was, that too many NPCs having a triggerable voice line will cause WahWah that everyone is talking at once. So I tried a better approach to minimize that effect.
Also, getting rid of the 3D Text as Menu and life bar saved some performance that I used for more enemies at the same time and other graphics fidelity.
The level you see here isn't finished and subject to change!

This game is gonna be great, also I liked when the one npc said “Hey! Get Out Of My House!”.

Hard to say. Most levels are very linear but I keep on adding small easter eggs here and there. In fact, all my games have easter eggs you can find.

What happened if you shoot the npc?
Currently, they call you "asshole" but it's all the same voice. So much to do -.-

In Cactus Cowboy plants at War when you need to clean out the apartments in the city there's a bug where I cleaned out all the enemies but the thing still said I had to kill some enemy
Gonna check that and see if I can reproduce this.

@@Davidsandefur6743 I wasn't really able to reproduce this issue... are you sure, you didn't miss a bad guy some location?
I'm totally sure because I couldn't hear any enemies I checked every single one of the houses I went all the way back clear the other houses that I haven't cleared but that still happened
