As a main Rakan myself I didn't understand a shit about the "how many damaging spells does your champion have" question. Like, Rakan has 3 spells that do damage (q, w and r) I don't know why he doubted between 2 and 3 and then started talking about how Anivia's wall does damage under certain conditions when Rakan doesn't have any conditions to do his damage xd

Did they say "excluding passive"? Because then it's pretty obvious if they say "2 or 3" depending on how you see it (as in, if you count the passive). I was waiting for someone to clarify the question and either include or exclude passives.

Xayah main saying her W does damage is like saying Jax ult does damage, its a buff to the champ not a damaging ability.
Rakan main also trolling with the damage spells question, its just 3 nothing to think about.
Zed main trolling saying his champion has good hair.

I think it's most accurate to compare it with Draven Q or Lulu passive
They increase damage on hit, but don't do damage on ability activation

"...causes her attacks to fire a secondary blade that does 20% damage" so it most definitely does deal damage, although it's just an on-attack thing (most similar thing i can think of is lulu passive, which i don't think anyone would deny does damage)
