    Insurance costs will rise faster than anytime in history and not just California if there are any insurance companies left!!!!!! Their revenue due to cancelations is going down and LEGAL CLAIMS ARE GOING UP!

    California house prices to the moon especially LA county.There will be a lot of bidding wars around the city of palisades for sure.

      Not if victims are fed up with the state’s failures and lack of response to disasters that they just take their check and leave the state. I would. To purchase available homes now at a much higher price, much higher interest rate, and much higher asessed property taxes, is asinine and doesn’t make a lick of sense.

      Quite likely, but, when FAIR payouts are high multiples of their assets, this cost is divided among all remaining insurance companies. So don't ALL CA insurance policies (FAIR or not) triple in cost for everyone?

    Hey Jason, curious to see if it makes more sense to build a home in the greater Sacramento area vs. buying a pre owned? Whats the average price per foot now a days? Is there charts or graphs that show how many people are building custom homes?

      If it doesn’t happen this year then definitely in 2026. But if not 2026 then crash will happen in 2027. And if not ‘27 then… etc

    Would you do a video talking about prospects for a remodle contractor that would really like to build a spec home yhis year? I cant decide wether to take the leap i would gear towards a nicer small home which i think would be desirable but it has to sell within a couple months if im not going to be screwed

    I'm so happy interest rates are returning to normal. I like the incentive for people to save and be responsible
    Also happy with the QT by the Fed, and these high interest rates to slow down the movement of money

    Two days of stock selling occurred on Friday because of President Carters funeral on Thursday. How much stock do you think people in Southern California will be selling on Monday for needed CASH!!!!!!
