As a European that just follows the European player's teams, I'm so confused with the travel and foul calls on the NBA. I honestly try to understand how the 1:05 (Brown moves his whole body horizontally while Luka pushes him) is offensive foul BUT 2:13 (Luka doesn't move horizontally, only his left foot moves while Brown rams on his right side) is a defensive foul. The majority of the rest of the fouls where silly but then again, when Wolves were up against the Nuggets and the Mavs, such playing was a "Man's" game and Wolves would get away with a lot of hand checking and contact. Damn Luka, if you were not complaining for every other call during the game, more people would definitely be on your side in the nba.

So with this current core they arguably got a 1 to 2 years max championship window before they gotta figure shit out again. And that’s going to be a brutal path back in the West where you’re relying on an aging PG with an extensive injury history.

I don’t think he’ll be useless but in a couple years I don’t think he’ll be good enough to be a number 2 on a championship team, especially with his injury history. I think you’ll see the same thing with Dame too where a scoring PG in his mid-30’s can’t be relied on. Steph is the exception but he’s a tier above these guys. At some point soon they will have to retool pretty significantly.
