Mr. Arul Moses sir you can use any cloth material, u can get that piece cloth material from any tailor shop freely. But fill only piece cloth don't use full cloth to fill. On my opinion don't use saw(wood)dust.

You will inhale more oxygen (air) , so if you use sawdust surely it will comes out from any gap of that punching bag by chance without knowingly you will inhale the dust.
