Unnecessary music aside, what does this video have to do with Tiberius?

Dr. Harry Sidebottom is obviously a very intelligent man who has much knowledge about this time period, this is what makes reading his historical fiction such a joy.

Tiberius is mentioned once in the Christian New Testament in Luke 3.1 where it said, in the 15th year of the reign of Tiberius Ceasar, John the baptist was preaching about the river Jordan, saying, 'prepare thee, the way'.
The 15th year of the reign of Tiberius Ceasar was from August 29CE to July 30CE.

from the Old English "sid," meaning "wide," and "botm," which implied the "bottom of a valley."

Too bad about the disturbing music. Do you think that nobody will watch 2.29 minutes till the end if there is not some kind of annoying Hollywood standard sound above it? And it's too loud.

So, I'm not alone. What is wrong with the people who produce documentaries etc. these days? No historical analysis, scientific account of the origins of our universe etc., is complete unless the dialogue is smothered by full-volume sounds akin to a serious accident in a shipyard, overlain with ridiculously bombastic, cheaply orchestrated, crap. As for films - I can barely discern anything anyone says in films made over the past ten years because the same deaf 16-year-old seems to score them all.
