Well done Aisha. If you do not mind me asking. What is your current role now as I heard you say "When I was a scrum master " your sessions are very educative. I love how you use real life scenarios and challenges to buttress your points. It makes it easier to understand. Please do more of this style if you can.Thank you so much and keep it up.
Thank you for this video!!! Very useful tips and I liked the way you organized them! I am a fan! I am so relieved to hear that I don't have to keep to weekly cadence of backlog refinements... and that I don't have to stick to one hour.. I always feel so bad about rescheduling.. but I agree sometimes it's just necessary to move the call or add additional one. Also, my Team is also sometimes really quiet which indeed is really difficult for me :D but I noticed they're less shy during our informal morning daily catch ups that take place without the Tech Lead so I am trying to use this time to ask my questions.
One question on the deep concept during pre-backlog refinement you mentioned is estimation. My concern here is how a team can estimate a story when they are not present in the Pre-backlog refinement session. Thank you!
Hello Ruchi, My team estimate during backlog refinement. The pre-backlog refinement meeting is to prioritize the backlog with the PO & Tech lead. I hope this help 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hi Aisha, for my team, it’s usually the BA and the PO that discuss the issues before bringing it for refinement. What do you suggest
That very good, as long the discussion happens. Is there a reason you are not part of the discussion as a scrum master ??
@@AishaTech655 Since I joined the company, I noticed the previous scrum master wasn’t involved before he handed over to me
@@estheroyinloye708 oh I see, you can attend has your time fits it also another opportunity to understand the product the team are working on
Thank you Aisha. Still waiting for when I can be your mentee?
