Such a wonderful session it is. Throughout the session I felt like I was also part of the session with my team. Kirti's professional appearance made the whole session as a realistic one 🤗👍
I can't thank you all enough for doing this for others. You guys are doing a fantastic job.. I wish you all the best and looking forward for more content
Excellent session. I do have some feedback to share. 49:45. I want to share my limited knowledge to help other learners. The user stories here are not cleary articulated . For example: As a fintech app user, I want to deposit check into my bank account with their mobile banking app, (is because customer want to save time going to the bank and have access to their funds quickly than visiting a financial center) not because they have to worry about theft. The reason for making these user stories can be simple, which is to be more efficient, save time, be more productive etc. So , a better way of saying that user story is : As a user, I want to be able to deposit a check using my mobile banking app, so that I can save time and avoid the hassle of having to go to a physical branch location. Now this can be an epic story, which means it is a large user story and can be further broken down into multiple user stories depending upon building the actual feature to deposit the check, security features and then updating the ledger and bank accounts with updated amounts. For example: Further breaking down the epic story: 1. as a customer, I want to be able to initiate a check deposit through my mobile banking app. 2. As a customer, I want to be able to verify my identity and authorization to make the deposit. 3. As a customer, I want to be able to view the status of my deposit and receive a confirmation once it has been processed. I think neha asked this question, on how will the bank know that the transaction has been processed and that is done through API. The KYC part is done by getting relevant information system from another information system. API is a bridge that connects 2 information systems. So a user story 4 can be : 4. As a customer, I want the deposit process to be secure and use industry-standard security measures. criteria example: The mobile banking app may use APIs to facilitate the deposit process, such as image recognition APIs to detect the check amount or bank API to transfer the funds. The APIs used must be secure and require authentication to access. The app should not store any API credentials on the user's device. Now the acceptance criteria for example 1 is: 1. as a customer, I want to be able to initiate a check deposit through my mobile banking app. The mobile banking app must have a deposit check feature prominently displayed within the app's navigation menu. The deposit check feature must be easily accessible and user-friendly. The user must be able to take a clear photo of the front and back of the check using their smartphone camera within the app. The app must be able to accurately detect the check amount and the account in which to deposit the funds. If the check is not able to be processed, the app should inform the user of the issue and offer guidance on how to resolve it. This channel is awesome I am looking to start career as a scrum master and look forward to learning.

Nice video, I am still watching though. What is the name of the document that the product owner has prepared and is presenting to walkthrough the team?
Thank you for the video, this mock experience is perfect for understanding. I had seen the sprint planning video and found it really helpful. Wanted to understand why we are involving story estimation in backlog refinement? isn't it should be selecting which story to pick in a sprint? Thank you!
Thanks a lot for the excellent work. can you clarify this pls. 1. why you have estimated tasks in hours? any business value since parent stories are in story points and we neve match story points to hours. 2. Are we going to track / follow up users' tasks based on the hours mentioned here. can someone brief on this
No need to pay anything to us, just join our sessions, work hard with all of us. We already created jira training session/jira interview questions in the past. Watch those sessions as well. All the best
Nice Demo, with great efforts. Please answer, why wasn't the story assigned to anyone and child issues weren't assigned to anyone as well.Only the reporter is PO who created it as per accountability on jira Also another follow-up, if assigned during sprint planning will it be only to one per story? On jira I tried but can't assign a story to more than one team member, is it due to tool limitation.
1- you already answered in 2 part of your question 2- forget about jira, it's always good to have one person "accountable" for one user story, other team members can join him/her on other tasks (so they are equally "responsible")
@@CareersTalk Thanks for responding. Quick check, are we able to assign a story to two people on jira? I am always getting only one assignne option. please share your guidance
