Use free agency to get a defensive end and a corner and then go draft some offensive line help because this offensive line is not a Super Bowl caliber offensive line
Once his contract is up we need to move on from him too much injury. That in mind we need to get some talent free agency and draft hence why not drafting Dejean is killing us
I wouldn't release him until Spring see where is his Health and where his Head is at in playing for Packers. I would still Draft a Corner and would bring some people in. Packers have Cap space to address this glaring weakness. Gute has some work to do. I don't expect a Deep Run at all this year. We have some positives but the NFC North and NFC in general is strong. Packers need to reload.
We should have resigned Rasul Douglas and never traded him. He was by far our best healthy reliable corner. We had the exact same corner group as last year. When that trade happend, drafting a corner in round 1 was a priority. We got an injury prone lineman instead? Could have traded a pick for a corner before the trade deadline. But that would make the Rasul deal look stupid. There are still some free agents available who aren't what they once were but could help in the interim. Jaire comes back next year and misses half the season again. There is nothing we can do about it. We typically draft injury prone players in college who could turn into gems. However you look at it, this corner group is affecting the entire defense and will likely be the reason we don't make it to the super bowl.
There are lies damn lies, and statistics. Considering Alexander didn’t play against some of the better teams, that majorly skews the opposition passing stats. He played in games against garbage competition. Even when on the field he hasn’t played up to his contract.
Well they need to release him next year or trade him or something, and now they need to draft corners or sign a free agent but I don’t know where the money will come from, they have young guys about to hit second contracts. Wish they would’ve drafted a corner last year but can’t change that. Can’t be mad at a guy for being injured but you can be frustrated by the situation it creates. Stokes is not the answer
His off season training regimen has to be questioned. No excuse for his injuries. The seasons are 17 games not 7 games.Let him walk.Once you have knee issues near 30 let him go and try to draft a top corner.
No team will offer a #1 pick for JA. There is more than the physical issues, he is a headcase. Keep him next season, for which 6 games? Maybe we get a 7th round from the Raiders. Take it.
I honestly think Gute is done with Alexander and will trade him in the off-season! This off-season i think we need 2 DE, 2 CB ,DT , maybe a C and 1 of the CB should be someone with NFL experience that has press man coverage skills 👍🏼👍🏼
Really?..I don't get it. Why not perform the surgery however many weeks ago when he initially suffered the injury?..if he does, maybe he'd be healthy for a SB appearance, if we get that deep..🙈

I would still Draft a Corner and would bring some people in.
Packers have Cap space to address this glaring weakness.
Gute has some work to do.
I don't expect a Deep Run at all this year. We have some positives but the NFC North and NFC in general is strong.
Packers need to reload.
"Jaire" is Swahili for DRAMA QUEEN! Even talent has limits!
just like Rodgers 🤗
Trade him trade him now
I’m sure there’s a robust market for a 1 legged CB who’s last been above average 4 years ago and owns a piss poor contract 🥴
Good Episode
Appreciate it
Alexander has let me down for the last time. Thanks for the memories, but now you got to go.
On another note, this is the same situation as Dbak
No it's not, not only is the injury not that serious, Dbak is 120 pounds heavier than Jaire
The absolute worst possible news. I don't like the Packers Defense chances now😔
No wonder he was talking so fckn tough post minnesota game
There are lies damn lies, and statistics. Considering Alexander didn’t play against some of the better teams, that majorly skews the opposition passing stats. He played in games against garbage competition. Even when on the field he hasn’t played up to his contract.
Send him packing after the season. If you can’t play then you should fear being cut, released or traded
Would like to see Kalen King get a chance
His off season training regimen has to be questioned. No excuse for his injuries. The seasons are 17 games not 7 games.Let him walk.Once you have knee issues near 30 let him go and try to draft a top corner.
Damn wrong timing man
No team will offer a #1 pick for JA.
Don't need to pay a guy who cannot play. MTFO already.
We coulda got someone off the street! That’s irresponsible
Should have been put on injured reserve. Bad call. One & done without JA in playoffs
Need to trade him and dump that salary and get a high draft pick for him. What the Packers really need is a pass rusher.
Hes out rest of the year at least we're going to win the next game right?
Why not let kalen king show what he has!!!
Defense will be fine
At least you are out of the car
Trade him and pick up DJ Reed in free agency problem solved
Really?..I don't get it. Why not perform the surgery however many weeks ago when he initially suffered the injury?..if he does, maybe he'd be healthy for a SB appearance, if we get that deep..🙈
Zayne Anderson is our last hope
That's straight BS. Dragged out us for weeks and now no playoffs.
So if he did this 5 weeks ago he would have been back for playoffs. This front office sucks now
It isn’t their decision if he gets the surgery or not. It’s up to Jaire
