You’re welcome ☺️ I took a piece of wrapper and placed it on the front skirt piece. I made sure to align it to one side of the front piece, then pinned it in place. I did the same for the back piece, using another wrapper. Then I joined the front and back pieces along the sides, with the wrappers still in place. Please note that both wrappers where pinned to the same side (left) of the front and back pieces.

You should iron the wrong side of the wrapper. You can also place a piece of fabric on the wrapper so that the heat of the iron does not cause the fabric to shrink.

The George wrappers are 2 and a half yards each. You can use 4 yards of fabric to create this style, but it wouldn’t be as full as this.

Yes, I cut the upper wrapper from the top. I left 7 inches from the top part of the skirt before attaching the wrapper.
