Nick once drew me a jellyfish in Vienna. I framed it and it’s hanging in my room since 2014. I remember being and doing artistic things was my main goal in life and although reality kicked in and I became a corporate slave 😅 that little drawing always reminds me to reconnect with my creative self❤ thank you Nick you are always be my light in the dark 💫

Absolutely incredible. Such original music. Anyone that knows music has to agree this is amazing. Such a joy and privilege to have someone like Nick as a local truly talented musician and performer who knows about songwriting. A rare thing to fall in love with a song at first hearing. So much cheap commercial crap gets airplay when we could be hearing this . We SHOULD be hearing this.

Everyone raves about Tame Impala...and yes, they're brilliant..I love Tame. But Pond is so much more interesting to me, and moves me more directly. And a huge part of that comes from Nick and his...essence I guess? Pond is the band he's primarily involved in. If I can suggest something live? Watch their NOS Primavera Sound 2017 show. But especially the newer songs from The Weather they played that show. Tell me this isn't your new favorite band? I dare you. :]
Also the entire band is just stellar and so in tune. From that same concert...check out Sitting Up On Our Crane....because Nick doesn't sing that one. That's Jay Watson, their bassist/guitarist/keyboard player. But he's a brilliant musician in his own right. They all are. The whole band is so good.
Can you tell I envy you? ;P Recognizing there's brilliance to be mined here....and you're new to all of it? I was once there....and it felt so good discovering Pond. But you get to take in all of the best stuff...at once. Have fun! :}
