Superb ! $30k from ~$1500 of transistors. Nice one. I was a little bit worried that you were refining KT971A devices. The Purple color in the ceramic caps might have been a Beryllium salt. Maybe a good idea to check on that.

Your math is off by one decimal point, it's about 0.05g a piece with those numbers
Thanks I’ll get it corrected

WoW surprised by the amount and purity.
Thanks much

Great work Owl Tech.
Thanks for sharing.
Smart move with the paint thinner.
Thanks!

Good job there! Hard work but still got very good results! Congrats!
Thank you!
Perfect result! Exactly per the expectations 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 👍
Thanks I also tested 15 new ones which yielded 0.054g per piece
have you ruled out Beryllium copper alloy? used in this type of gear sometimes
yes
Привет, отличный результат.
Спасибо дружище!
I was wondering what that part was ...Thanks

Did you run out of acid? Why wouldn’t you at least cover the bottom of the beaker for the second dissolve?
I wanted concentrated solution and the AR I made was more than enough to dissolve the gold I had
@@OwlTech333 fair enough. Well done sir! 💪👍

How did you get to the 30k figure?
@@OwlTech333 OOOps. My bad. I took the troy ounce value, not the Gramme value. Sorry
$1500 to about $4000 is still good
It's about $1002 USD worth of gold at today's prices at $65.67 a gram.
Could have got a lot more as devices. Those were nice RF transistors.😢
You could use just Peridrol to prevent time and money loss......
What electronics have them never seen them before
Soviet radio electronics
Awesome as always 😊
Hey thank you!
One working KT920A brings you between 1 and 8 Dollars. How much is the gold from one transistor if you substract the labor costs.
I asked the transistors before processing if any of them would give me $2.80 - utter silence… so I took it from each one of them
excellent video brooo 🌹🌹🌹🌹👍🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you my friend!
Very good

That was a nice yield. Nice video
Thanks 👍
Great job mate ❤👍
Thank you!
If paint thinner worked then I would assume any petroleum-based solvent, such as varsol, turpentine, kerosene, etc. would work.
I would think so, but petrol doesn’t, I tried it
@@OwlTech333 Petrol is mostly Benzene, Toluene and Xylene(s). Maybe your local paint thinner is Acetone ?
Acetone is a Very aggressive solvent - works on many things.
@aga5897 nah I tried acetone too it didn’t work. It’s a mixture of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons that’s what it says on the label
