I enjoyed listening in on the book read. Glad you guys are back on set filming for season six. About the show's rings, I ran across a replica of Claire's wedding ring from Jamie through the Outlander store website will be buying it.

U r so gorgeous. I just now started watching The outlander show I love it very much it's a very very good show and they picked you and Sam to be very very good in it I'm very happy to be watching it you're very lovely and it's and I'm so glad that you and Jamie stay together in it I'm just now finishing up the first season of it and some of the things I've seen on UA-cam here is actually shock me that it's in the third fourth and fifth seasons I've had to turn off youtube before they spoiled it LOL. But like I said you were very gorgeous and very lovely

Love the readers Cait! I am part Italian and my great-grandmothers first cousin was harrassed during WWII and almost interred.

Every book, every show os always better reading it or watching it in V. O... But there are very good translators and voice interpretors that do their job very accurate.
    Un saludo desde España

It might sound funny but I love how you speak and your narrating on Outlander which was one of the best part of the show! I am an English learner and I would love to binge listening the Outlander audiobooks with your voice as a Claire. For example, the Game of Thrones' "Histories & Lore" animated videos series had well received by fans and many Outlander fans want this for long time as well... Just wanted to note these so you might going to see this. I love this Book Club as well I hope you could upload these on podcasts so I can listen when I'm driving!

In 1938, the Japanese Army fled about 20,000 Jews who had fled to Far East Russia from the persecution of Germany to the United States and other countries via Shanghai. The relatives of this heroine may have been one of them.

I will never let my Mother go to a home, I couldn't live with that

I didn’t want anyone but myself to take care of my aging parents. I stayed with my mother in her apt when she went on hospice and was so proud of providing the death she had hoped for - pain free. My dad died unexpectedly on Christmas Eve recovering from a broken hip. I had planned on caring for him when he came home.

@@laurengauthier4080 Sorry that you have lost both your parents, just didn't think a thumbs up was appropriate. You can look in a mirror and see that your parents raised a good hearted and kind person, kindness & trust two of the hardest qualities to find. I lost my Dad 9th Feb 1993 and it feels like yesterday, love comes at a cost but it is never lost

@@craigsinnott296 thank you. Yes love comes with a cost - for animals too. I cry when they go back to heaven also. You are so right - trust is hard to find. Took me forever to figure out not everyone is trustworthy. Ha - I try to try the untrustworthy well just in case but am prepared if anything goes wrong. Isn’t it funny that it seems like yesterday our parents were here with us and it’s been over 20 years since my dad passed at least. Love never dies, it goes on and on. Have a wonderful day!

Circumstances, obligate one to place a parent in a nursing home. It's not easy. At times even for their own protection. You have to walk in someone else's shoes.
