One of the recipe is CUSTARD ICE CREAM but too confusing, so I tried to look up videos with the same title and here I am. This version is absolutely easy to understand and pleasure to make. Love your filming and explanation, and even just watching it feels calming and enjoyable.

My aunts used to make ice cream with the ice cream maker that you had you had to add ice and salt and manually turn. My mom also made soursop ice cream. Yours look delicious. I don’t have an ice cream maker. This is tempting me to get one.

Well I know when we made icream back in the day, there was no heavy cream, and definitely no Bird's custard powder or almond, just vanilla . Also a lot of hard work to churn the cream by hand.

Remember my uncle making for us using the wooden bkt with the crank . I used to sneak out some cold custard from the fridge while it was chilling😊

My ice cream comes out very hard and not scoop-able did I do something wrong?
It shouldn't but you can let it sit for about 5 mins before scooping.
